Location close to the University of Dayton, which was reason for trip. Host responded quickly when I had a question. House was clean. Parking was on the street, but was always able to get a spot close to house.

Very clean and welcoming. Surrounding area quiet and comfortable. In town for son’s graduation and house was perfectly located to be within minutes of everything we did.

This is the best VRBO? 5 stars. Home away from home, clean, safe, amenities are more than you will need. Host honest, polite, answers back quickly. The suite is beautiful. Decorate with fine details to comfort and harmony. Was peaceful and perfect. Will stay again and again. Loved it.
