We loved it!

We loved our trip! We hadn’t been to Maine in years and this spot was a perfect fit for our family. The beach across the street was beautiful and convenient. The coffee shop and arcade were walked to multiple times. No complaints on our stay, the house and host were wonderful, we’ll surely be back!

Good accurate description

We were 6 adults and 1 3 year old. The home was large enough that we weren’t on top of each other. Comfy beds and linens. Right across from beach, a minute walk. Lovely porch that has ocean view.

Wonderful stay in Wells beach!

We were in Wells for a family gathering. The house is very luminous and well located (20sec to the sandy beach, with a public path just in front of the house). The house is equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay; the kitchen has recent appliances. It was spotless on the 3 floors, including the kitchen & bathrooms. Thank you for letting us stay in your comfy beach house!

Girls Trip

What a wonderful place, beautiful ocean view, nice and clean! We had everything we needed, the check in process was very easy and smooth. Definitely recommend, it was our first experience coming up in the winter and it was well worth it!

Great location, comfortable family stay

Beautiful view and convenient location for a big family Thanksgiving trip. There was plenty of room for dinner and hanging out. Everything was cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Celebration of Life gathering

My brother, sisters & our spouses came from all over the US to celebrate our sister's life. The house was great for our family gathering. Lots of comfortable bedrooms, living space, well stocked kitchen,laundry &bathroom supplies but we had to call owner for several items. We were given the wrong entry info- it took awhile to contact the owner so it was a stressful start.No instructions left for heating the house, bugs found in house,dryer lint trap full of sand&lint(I found a vaccum&cleaned out the dryer) we never found a hair dryer or ironing board-iron found later in a closet under blankets, microwave didn't work(owner suggested we buy one & he'd reimburse us) and the Keurig coffee maker was not sufficient for house full of adults(we were told to borrow one). To be fair to the owner-they were out of town & not readily available to fix the issues. This review was difficult for me to write because we really did have a wonderful family time here.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. Beautiful home, all amenities, superior location, and great communication with the owner Michael. Amazing accomodations, beautiful area, friendly owner!

Our stay at Mike's property was a wonderful time, and even with the bit of raininess we had over the weekend, there was never a shortage of things to do - The short walk to the beach was especially nice! The property was clean, had plenty of thoughtful accomodations, slept our large group perfectly, and Mike was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We especially loved the balcony, which ended up being an amazing spot for morning coffee. Mike's property on Atlantic Ave comes highly recommended, and we're hoping that it'll be available when we go to plan our trip next year. Thanks, Mike!

Multi-Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Mikes rental property in Wells! The house is a great size - we had 4 families of 4 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is right across from the beach so we could all walk over barefoot :). The kids had a blast - there’s tons to do nearby- we spent time in Wells, Ogunquit, and Old Orchard Beach. The arcade in Wells is super close and perfect for kids of all ages. Mike had kayaks in the back that we could use as well! The beach is perfect for little kids - really sandy and wide - with a really nice easy tide to play in. The beach is great to run and walk on as well! Overall a great stay and would highly recommend :).
