  • Esta acogedora casa ADK tiene una hermosa vista del lago Algonquin con 110 'de propiedad frente al lago. El dormitorio principal tiene un juego de dormitorio Stickley con ventilador de techo y 1/2 baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una excelente vista del lago con un baño completo, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje al otro lado del pasillo. La gran sala con mesa de comedor de roble en un extremo tiene muebles acogedores en el otro para ver la televisión de pantalla plana con cable o DVD o VCR. Para que pueda recibir su correo electrónico o utilizar el wifi.
    ¡Hay una agradable y romántica estufa de gas en la sala de estar para las noches frías! En el Sunroom hay un sofá cama tamaño queen con hermosas vistas al lago. La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, estufa y cafetera, vajilla y utensilios de cocina. Hay un atractivo mosquitero en el porche, así como una terraza exterior para descansar y relajarse, leer un buen libro o tomar una siesta relajante. Bonito pozo de fuego afuera! Los escalones de granito conducen al muelle privado donde suministramos kayaks o una canoa para explorar el lago. ¡Además somos amantes de los perros! ¡Hay un área muy cercada para que tu perro juegue y juegue! Esta es una casa de cuatro estaciones. Los veranos son espectaculares, pero también lo es la temporada de follaje de otoño, ¡y nos encanta especialmente el invierno! Disfrutamos de esquí de fondo y raquetas de nieve desde aquí. Estamos adyacentes al sistema de senderos de motos de nieve del estado de Nueva York. El centro de esquí Gore Mnt está a 40 minutos en auto y el centro de esquí Oak Mnt está a 15 minutos al norte en Speculator. También nos encanta hacer esquí de fondo y raquetas de nieve aquí o ir al lago Lap Land 20 minutos al sur en Benson. Después de un largo día de actividades, ¡hay un terapeuta de masaje local en el campo de marcación rápida del teléfono!

Lake trip 2024

We loved staying at this property. It has an excellent lake location with kayaks and canoes for exploring. The dock is perfect for fishing or relaxing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful relaxing spacious place!

Great year round place to relax and enjoy nature! Very clean and well kept roomy home with 2 screened in porches and many nice amenities! Very friendly and accommodating hosts who live nearby and are quickly responsive to any needs!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Excellent location, super friendly hosts, well appointed house. Great way to spend some quality time with the family. My 11 & 13 yr old children loved the kayaks! Lots of great options for entertainment - games/puzzles/corn hole. We'll definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We love Wells and the lake. This is pur most recent stay at Northern exposure and as always it was fantastic. Deb is a great hostess, makes sure your needs are met, and theres always a little treat on check in! Cant wait for jext year!

Lovely!

This was our second time staying here. It is very comfortable, clean, well appointed and a beautiful setting. We enjoyed kayaking around the lake. We will definitely go back again.

Cozy Cabin

We loved staying here. The place is so cozy for the rainy weather we had. Our favorite part was still the sunroom though! Check in was easy and Debby kept the lights on for us for our late arrival. We would love to come back again!

Second visit was just as pleasant

Debby and Mark are excellent hosts! The house was in pristine condition and had everything we needed. We stayed for 2 weeks and cooked most of our meals there. Love the lake life at Northern Exposure!

Perfect lake house

The house and location are even better than the pictures. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect get away with our pooch. The fenced area is so convenient. The house itself is so cozy and has everything you could possibly need and lots of extras. We’re hoping to go back in the summer and really enjoy the lake.

Fall Getaway

My wife and I rented this home to see the fall foliage in the area. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and it was in such a peaceful setting. The owners were great in communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfect Adirondacks getaway

Our family of 4 pup had a fantastic stay at Deb and Mark’s house - being directly on the lake is perfect for little kids, the location is very convenient to the town (walking distance to store, beach, coffee shop), the house has everything we needed for a longer stay, and our dog had plenty of room to run and swim. We particularly appreciated the screened in porch and the kayaks! Deb and Mark were wonderful hosts and very responsive to every question and need. We are already planning our return!

Wonderful cabin and great quiet location

We had a great time! The house had all the amenities and was very nicely decorated. We loved kayaking the lake and river. We also did a few nice hikes. Deb was great to deal with and very responsive. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!

Fall Escape

Property was better than expected. A peaceful beautiful location. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Mark and Debby were the perfect host, helpful and easy to communicate with. Will definitely return. In the future.

The lake house

The lake house was immaculate!! Mark and Debby thought of everything! Very quiet , neighborhood very nice and quiet. Easy for walking dogs etc Great fishing right off there dock. Caught 2-1/2 lb largemouth Bass . Daughter caught 30” northern pike Grandson caught Six small mouth bass !!Highly recommend this Rental

Tranquility at the Lake

My husband and I spent a very peaceful and relaxing week at Northern Exposure. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. It was very clean and comfortable. We were thankful for the central AC since it was a hot week. The lake was perfect for fishing and kayaking. The area has many hiking trails, two country stores on each end of Wells. Took a day trip to Speculator and enjoyed beautiful lake views at Lake Pleasant. We’re looking forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing your vacation house.

Wonderfully Relaxing & Beautiful Location

Our second time to this property was just as perfect as the first. We had everything we could need and the home was very clean. The views from the property are just amazing! Our dogs absolutely love this property and the fenced in yard for them is super convenient. There is so much to do in the area, but having the kayaks there for the lake gave us such a peaceful paddle in the early morning hours. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Mark and Debby are great hosts. Very good communication, very helpful, And willing to go the extra mile if needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us again this year.
