It's a great time to visit Asheville! While the area recovers from Tropical Storm Helene there are fewer visitors than normal so it is easy to park and explore downtown. Many locals love this chance to be tourists in our own town as we support local businesses.

Fox & Crow Cabin is a great place to unwind in the comfortable clean cabin, enjoy the songbirds from the rocking chairs on the front porch, grill and dine outside on the private deck, and share stories around the firepit. Step inside to cozy up in the living room by the gas fireplace, play board games, read, take in the local art pieces throughout the cabin, or get cooking in the full kitchen before you head out and explore!

The king-sized beds in each bedroom, with organic cotton sheets and blackout curtains, will help you get a great night’s sleep.
Your host, Kellie, makes your packing list easy by providing many basics and then some. Kellie loves to leave locally made treats so you can experience the tastes of Asheville. Sip on locally roasted coffee, discover the delight of local hand-crafted popcorn, and sample various area craft beverages.

Fox & Crow Cabin sits just a couple miles outside the quaint town of Weaverville, NC. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental is ideal for retreats with loved ones. Asheville is just 10 miles away, where you’ll find fun for everyone.

High speed internet, smart TV, central heating and A/C, walk-in showers, and many special touches make Fox & Crow Cabin feel like home.

Weaverville has a quaint Main street with restaurants, galleries, and shops. Weaverville has free parking and is very walkable. Some favorite stops are Well-Bred Bakery, Maggie B's Wine & Specialty Shop, Blue Mountain Pizza, Eluvium Brewing Co., Leveller Brewing Co., Allgood Coffee, Twisted Laurel, Magnum Pottery, Miya Gallery, Yellow Mug Coffee Lounge, Lion Dog Lounge, Glass Onion, and more!
On Weaver Blvd. you will find grocery stores (Ingles, Publix & Aldi), fast food restaurants, and the Walmart shopping area. The Weaverville Ingles Grocery store has an impressive beer selection including many local brews.

Asheville is a foodie's paradise with so many great restaurant options. The Woolworth Walk, Grove Arcade, Kress Emporium, Asheville Art Museum, and River Arts District are all great places to take in the local art scene. The South Slope is dense with breweries. An arepa at Little Chango is a perfect snack as you brewery-hop. The LaZoom big purple bus will have you laughing as you take a tour through Asheville. There are lots of brochures at the cabin to help you pick your Asheville adventure.

Fox & Crow Cabin has a no pets policy. We strictly adhere to the policy to support our owners and cleaners with pet dander allergies. Guests who sneak in animals will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $500.00 in addition to the regular cleaning fee.

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving break at the Fox & Crow. It was so close to everything, The cabin had everything we needed for the week. Very cozy place with comfortable beds and a nice dining area for dinner and games.The rocking chairs were my favorite! Kellie was a fantastic host with excellent communication. We really appreciated the local treats and suggestions. We hope to visit again!

Perfect Weekend outside of Asheville

Wonderful property. Host Kellie was wonderful and thoughtful. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking or enjoying cocktails on the patio. Beds were comfortable. We loved the log cabin! We will be back!

Nice Cabin!

Cabin decor is very nice, but the family room furniture is simply not comfortable. The porch is delightful except for the dog barking!! Pretty setting, but not any type of mountain views.

Fox & Crow

The property is very, very clean; nicely furnished with quality furniture, beds, kitchen supplies. Kellie is amazing, she communicated with us before and during our stay. Location was excellent for hiking, enjoying the arts in the area and Biltmore. Downtown Weaverville is charming, downtown Asheville was very fun. We will return to this peaceful, charming cabin.

Lovely cabin and great location

We loved our stay at this cabin. It is true to its listing - truly lovely and so comfortable. The gas fireplace was great - so easy to use - and the living room was so cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and Kellie the host left us some goodies including delicious ground coffee. I look forward to staying again!

An absolute Gem!

We have stayed in many very nice rentals but this cabin takes the number one spot above them all. Kellie is an excellent host and this cabin has everything you need and then some. It is very well-appointed and so beautifully decorated. It is serene, comfortable, and relaxing and the location is perfect. It’s tucked away off the beaten path but yet very convenient to nearby towns/cities. And there are some really nice touches that Kellie provides that include locally made products awaiting you at check-in. On that note, check-in and check out were as easy as it gets. We enjoyed the fireplace and sitting on the comfortable sofa and chairs in the cozy living area. The beds are very comfortable: the great mattress and bedding made for a good night’s sleep. Another very nice touch was the perfectly placed nightlight, it made traversing the house at night easy and safe. The kitchen was well-stocked and although we took advantage of the restaurant suggestions and did not cook, it would have been very easy to do so. The pantry contained kitchen staples that are commonly used in many dishes so anyone who wants to cook would be set! We must also compliment Kellie on the directions to the cabin and the visual clues included. It made it a snap to find! And she’s very responsive to any communications as well as letting you know of anything that she thinks you might need to be aware of. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely rebook for future trips!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving at the Fox & Crow. The weather was perfect for us to have a fire inside and at the outdoor fire pit. We took a walk down to the pond and played catch in the yard. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are big and comfy, great dining room, super comfy living room... rocking chairs on the covered porch. Kellie really thinks of everything to make you feel at "home". There were some welcome goodies when we arrived! Local recommendations. Wifi password. Equipped laundry room. Coffee station! She was always available (even on holiday). 10/10 we"ll be back!

Fall Getaway in Asheville

From the minute we rolled down the driveway we new were going to enjoy our stay! The cabin was perfectly situated in a serene area surrounded by woods which gave that feeling that we were hidden from the world. The cabin had an awesome fire pit area which we enjoyed nightly while sipping some wine from a local winery that we visited just minutes away from our cabin. A large wrap around porch with rocking chairs was the perfect place for your morning coffee and a chance to see some turkeys and raccoons!. Its location was perfect, just minutes to Weaverville and grocery stores, Ace Hardware and restaurants. Then Ashevlle and all it had to offer just a 15 minute drive to all the local breweries (Sierra Nevada was great) , shops , restaurants and then off to Biltmore Estate! Inside the cabin was nicely appointed with 2 large bedrooms with king sized beds, with everything you might need to have an awesome stay. The kitchen had all you needed if you wanted to just stay and in and enjoy your meals at the cabin. Our stay was complimented by an awesome host Kelly who was always available if we needed her and added a few local touches to make our stay memorable! We look forward to coming back to Ashevile and another stay at The Fox and Crow! .

Quiet Getaway!

This is an original Full Log Cabin on four wooded acres, yet enough open lawn for a great firepit and game of horse shoes. Immaculately clean cabin with fully equipped kitchen. Less than two miles from shopping, yet totally secluded. During our stay we went from using the A/C to enjoying the gas log fireplace in the living room. Be sure to walk to the pond with your coffee or cocktail. Local recommendations for restaurants and activities are on the blackboard in the kitchen came in handy. Or call Kellie, she is a fantastic host! We will definitely return to this place!!

Jewel Box of a Log Cabin Getaway!

Very enjoyable stay. Great location for all kinds of activities. All well described and presented in the information book provided, along with pamphlets, maps, and personal information, plus local events going on in the area. The owners are very helpful, informative, and attentive to any needs. The quietly located cabin is beautifully appointed, a lovely accommodation plus lots of local art work and creations about the property for you to enjoy.

Little piece of heaven

Our stay at Fox and Crow exceeded our expectations. Kellie was wonderful to deal with! The house was so cute, in superb condition and Kellie went above and beyond with little details. She was also very helpful with recommendations for dining and area information. It was a great location for visiting Asheville. Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore. It was close to town but felt very private and relaxing. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch in the mornings and a few campfires at night. Fireflies at night completed the magical experience! We would love to come back.

Amazing Cabin!!!

This cabin is amazing!! We were the first guests (I think, lol) but Kellie thought of everything. The cabin is very easy to locate. No 4WD needed. There were more than enough towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. The kitchen has full pot and plate sets and utensils. There were even numerous condiments, spices and cooking oils available. Our stay was short so we didn’t light the fire pit but we did sit outside just to enjoy the fresh air. Kellie, the host, kept in touch after booking. Even gave suggestions for local attractions after our arrival. There were no issues checking in/out. The overall experience was wonderful. We were planning our next trip there before we even checked out.
