  • Beautiful 6 bedroom home on large lot with amazing pool! we are updating the home while carefully maintaining clean lines & spacious living. The Chef's Kitchen has a 58x144 Quartz Island, is open to one of the three living areas that overlooks the pool & beautifully landscaped park like terrace. Main level Master Suite includes a sitting area that flows to the spa like Master Bath & opens to the 14x11 Designer Closet, ect....

    ADDITIONAL RULES

    1. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at 7 pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day.

    2. Be honest with your host. You must be 30 years old to book. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests or visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per day and you may be asked to leave the property for rule violations.

    3. Smoking inside the home or animals on the property are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. There will be a $500 charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke/weed or having an animal on the property.

    4. Vomit will result in a $200 clean up charge plus the costs of replacements and repairs.

    5. the parking no more than 5 cars in front, if you want to park a fourth car leave it in the parking lot of visitants’ that is in the same direction of the pool, you will be charged an additional charge of $200 if you do not comply.

    6. Checkout is mandatory at 10:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 10:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. We accommodate our arriving guests with a noon baggage drop so we cannot do both late checkout and accommodate our arriving guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.

    7. If you make damages to the property, you will be charged $250 plus the damages you make, plus any days property cant be rented behalf the demage.

Home away for Home This place is absolutely gorgeous, and had everything you could ever need, Beds were also so comfortable. The outdoors area was a nice place to congregate, loved it!The kitchen was so roomy and had everything all organized.

All you really needed to do is bring food to this place. They have everything there. They even had extra towels for swimming and soap and shampoo for the showers. The host Cindy always answered all of our questions even at 11:30 at night, but we don't need to make this a habit for her. She was so gracious.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was well maintained, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and attentive, responding quickly and making our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Could not have been a better stay! Loved loved loved the house, pool, kitchen, everything! The host was responsive and accommodating!This home had everything we needed for a great experience - fully equipped kitchen, beach towels for swimming, and check out was the easiest process we’ve ever had!

This property was perfect for our family get together. Sinday was quick with responses to our questions. Note that the pool appears to have a jacuzzi, but it’s only a smaller pool that flows into the big pool.

Fabulous house, so clean and comfortable for all ages (2 years to 85 years) to relax and enjoy family time together indoors and outdoors! Host was accommodating.

Wedding fun

There was 15 of us ranging from 5-69 staying for the week. The wedding venue was less than 2 miles from the house. Great accessibility to any and all kinds of shopping. Loved the pool and the trampoline.

Great Property

Overall cleanliness of the house was phenomenal. Would recommend to anyone with a large group. Great areas for family to gather. Very spacious. The outdoor pool area was a huge hit! Also wheelchair accessible which is always nice!

Wedding weekend oasis

We had a great time as a family staying at this property! It was a perfect location for us to stay to prepare for our daughter’s wedding at the Lazy S Hacienda in Weatherford. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 14. The back yard was a beautiful respite after the wedding, where we were able to relax and swim and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommended this property if you are looking for a place in the Weatherford area!

Wonderful Home

The home was what we expected, and more! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids. Lots of space inside to spread out. The backyard was lovely -- kids and adults enjoyed the pool area. Plenty of seating. Lots of amenities were in the home when we arrived; lots of towels -- both for the pool area and bathroom. Very welcoming home away from home. The host, Sindy, was exceptional. I had lots of questions, this being my first time renting a home. Sindy was always quick getting back to me. We all had a great time!

A Perfect Property!

This clean and well-kept home was the perfect spot for our church staff retreat! Multiple bedrooms gave us great sleeping options, and the multiple living spaces provided superior flexibility for our team to meet together or split up. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with quality cooking utensils. It rained during our whole stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio/pool/spa, but they looked beautiful from the inside looking out! I'll guess we'll just have to re-book for another time to come try them out! ;)
