    The Space:

The comfortable, open space of your lake-view condo features a large kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and fridge, and the adjacent dining table seats four. The living room is the perfect place to kick back for a movie after a day of fun. And it’s dog-friendly as well, so the family pup can enjoy a vacation with you.



    You’re spoiled for choice when it comes to activities – peaceful walks on the lakeside trail, lake cruises, wildlife viewing, golf, swimming in the community pool – are just a few of the options when you choose this cozy getaway. The community outdoor center also features kayak and SUP rentals. After a full day out, grab some dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants and relax at home. From my experience, the host needs to change the key code access from a 15 digit entry to a four digit entry to simply access to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, but the carpet was in need of cleaning and repair.I enjoyed the ample hot water, the nice campground and the peaceful rest.

Awesome Mountain Getaway

This was a perfect place to stay in Western NC. Short drive to beautiful Waynesville or Maggie Valley. The lake is incredible to walk, kayak, and take scenic pictures. The apartment was clean and the campground has a family atmosphere.

Great location and nice place

I would stay again. I loved the location across the street from Lake Junaluska and the proximity to so many places like the airport, Waynesville, Asheville, Bryson City, Brevard, the Parkway, etc. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Lake Junaluska

Clean, quiet campground adjacent to the lake. All the necessities were in the room and were of good quality. Would definitely stay there again. Checkin/out process impossibly easy!!!

Perfect spot for all kinds of local activities. Most amenities provided with some exceptions in the kitchen. Could use some love on the inside but overall clean. Location was the draw.

We liked how centrally located the apartment was for our adventures. But it was not very clean as there was hair in the corners of the bathroom floor and the living room carpet had many stains. The tub faucet needed maintenance and the mattresses were old and not very comfortable. Lastly, we found 2 cockroaches after we left the vrbo. Hopefully an improvement will occur for the next guests.

The accommodation was wonderfully clean and fresh! The check in was helpful with all the pre-information. the key pad was very difficult to work but we did get in every time without calling anyone for help. The kitchen was wonderfully clean but sparse. We loved the rest it provided and it was comfortable. We were discouraged with the blinking wifi. The beds were very comfortable, although the headboards clunked against the wall at night if our pillow touched against it. I did LOVE how clean and fresh the place was!

Near amenities, but dated

The property was very close to all of the Lake Junaluska amenities. The water pressure was awesome and the hot water was hot and the air conditioning cold. However, it was reminiscent of staying at the guest room at your Grandmother's house. The property is very dated, with most decor, paint, fixtures, and beds from the 1980's - not very comfortable. Minimal appointments in the kitchen, worn paint, and bathroom linoleum. No coffee filters for the coffeepot, no ice trays in the freezer. The linoleum and carpet seem new and everything was very clean.
