Disclaimer- *We take great care of our guests by regularly spraying for bugs and insects, and we also make sure the place is cleaned thoroughly after every stay.
But sometimes, Mother Nature can be a little tricky, especially during the summer months. You might occasionally find a bug or insect inside the home. If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, we’d recommend looking for another place to stay. Thanks for understanding!*

**HOUSE RULES**

1. *NO Smoking, Vaping, Weed, Parties, and Gatherings*
## These non-negotiable rules are strictly enforced.
## Violations may result in eviction and a fine of at least $1000, which may be increased based on the extent of cleaning and damage caused.

2. *Quiet Residential Neighborhood*
## Excessive noise and music are prohibited.
## Quiet Hours are 9PM-8AM (includes playing basketball on driveway please!)

3. *No Street Parking and No Driveway Blocking, ours and neighbors*
## Street parking is not permitted.
## Large moving trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) are allowed only with permission.
## Only smaller SUVs are permitted to park in the garage.

4. *Personal Care Products*
## Self-tanning, glitter, and hair dye are not permitted to be used in the home.
## Stained or damaged shower curtains, towels, linens, or furniture will be charged based on their replacement cost.

5. *Pets*
## Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. A cleanup fee of $100 or replacement fee will be charged if pets cause damage.
## Please ensure that your pets are well-behaved and please, clean up after them.

6. *Natural Elements*
## While we regularly spray for bugs and insects, and the property is professionally cleaned after each stay, it is important to note that being near nature may result in occasional sightings of bugs, insects or wildlife inside or outside the home. If this is a concern, please consider booking a different property.

7. *Essential Consumables*
## Starter kits of essential consumables, including coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, are provided.
## For longer stays, guests are welcome to bring their own personal items.

The house was pretty much exactly as advertised. On a quiet culdacac in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean amd neat, a fine place for our fanily to stay while visiting relatives in the area.

we were very happily surprised when we got to the property. It was exactly as listed with perfect accommodations for our two small poodles and grandkids. Host was responsive when we complained of smoke smell even though this is a non-smoking property. I would stay again when visiting family in the area and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at this property for one week while we relocated to NC from NV. The house is gorgeous, inside and out, with a clean modern style. It’s located in a quiet cul de sac, which was much appreciated during our stressful move, but still easy to access main roads to restaurants and shops. The kitchen was amply stocked with cooking equipment, plus some basic staples. Having access to a washer and dryer was divine. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and family who plan to visit us in Waxhaw.

Newly refurbished. Very nice. The queen size beds seemed small. We literally just slept there and spent all our time with family in Monroe. Convenient location for our needs. Property manager was prompt.

Lovely home on a beautiful wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a local wedding and the location was superb. Tons of restaurants and shops within 3 minutes and the town of Waxhaw was so cool with people strolling around. Communication with the owner was top notch! Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for 4 adults. We would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed this cozy, three bedroom home with all of the amenities for two weeks. The kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and the washer and dryer were a bonus. We will definitely return!

Such a cute property, especially the back yard with the porch,. lights and fire pit. Lovely place to stay!

The location is ideal. The property as a large backyard with a firepit. The biggest downfalls are the couches. They arent meant to sit in. The backs are so low and they are very hard. The other problem is the hot water. I was unable to give my kids a proper was due to the lack of hot water. It would only fill the bath about 1/4 of the way and the shower would run out after 5 minutes.

We stay in rentals very often. This stay was for a Regional Volleyball in Rock Hill. This home was the MOST abundantly stocked home we have ever stayed at. So often, you know the drill, check in to find 1 tissue box, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag. I typically pack an entire basket of supplies, but I forgot them this time. Imagine my delight to find multiples of everything! That is generosity and a sign of what you will find in this home. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable, the driveway is terrific for multiple cars and the wind chimes in the front of the house are intoxicatingly peaceful.

We spent 6 weeks in Waxhaw. Was able to work from home during part of the stay. Beautiful back yard to have family come for dinner. Listing met all of our needs. A BBQ grill would be a great addition.

This home was very comfortable for our family group of 5 adults traveling from 3 different states to stay. We enjoyed the convenient location to visit with our extended family in the area. The home is clean, well stocked & updated. Any questions I had for the owner were kindly & promptly answered. We will definitely keep this home in mind when traveling back to see family.
