Hidden Pet Friendly Gem!

Located in central Florida 45 minutes from Tampa, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, and more! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home, with large fenced in back yard is perfect for vacation. Minutes from Florida State Park Paynes Creek and the Peace River. Convenient to Florida Southern College, Legoland, Disney, Southeastern College, Sun and Fun, and the beaches!

Spring training games are only an hour drive! If you want to see what Florida has to offer this is the place to stay. The rooms are all fully furnished with queen size beds to sleep 6. The pool is kept crystal clear round and the yard is immaculate. We pride ourselves in a small town that allows you access with a short drive to all the great parts of Florida.

Great place, very comfortable

Our group consisted of 5 men. We stayed at this home because it was very close to the jobsite we were working at. We were very busy for over 30 days, and it was great to come to a comfortable place 10 minutes away, get cleaned up, and rest.

Our stay was good.I loved the back yard This is a nice rental home not overly fancy and could use some kitchen wall cabinets but a nice quiet location with adequate heating and air conditioning , Nice attached garage with laundry ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recommended!

The house was very roomy, clean, and contained all household supplies we needed. The owners were very pleasant and well informed about the area and offered great suggestions since we were new to central Florida. The owners were always quick to respond to our needs and handled a few minor issues quickly with little to no inconvenience to us. Absolutely would recommend staying at this property for anyone looking in this area.

The great place to stay.

We stayed for 6 weeks while house hunting. Christine and Jay were very accommodating with what we needed. We were there when hurricane came through and they checked on else and made us feel safe. Any questions or concerns were answered right away. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for everything!!

Peaceful get a way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The house had what you needed! The hosts were easy to get in contact with and responded within 2-5 minutes! We loved being able to use the garage! The backyard with the pool is huge! And the yard has total privacy!! It’s close to sidewalks to walk. We had lots of places to sit and plenty of sun and shade! We had five weeks in this house and we are planning on returning!! This house is close to all stores and shopping!! ❤️😎thank you Christine!!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this house and Christine was quick to always email right back and even checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. The best thing of all was the homemade cookies!! I was only able to get one because my kids loved them. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely lovely home for adults, kids and pets. Quiet and Serene.

I loved everything about this home! The hostess was thoughtful and helpful. We were in a bind where we had another VRBO booked that cancelled on us last minute. We have 3 large dogs and with only a few days to find a month long rental I was extremely frazzled. I reached out to the hostess to see if she would take us at this home. Told her our situation and she said yes! The home was immaculate upon entry. We had everything we needed available to us. The beds were very comfy, we enjoyed having a private master bath, the Internet was great, we loved having TV’s in the rooms, the house comes with 2 fridge/freezers, the gas stove is incredible, my husband wants us to buy the same sectional that is in the home, the yard is huge for pets, the pool was absolutely fabulous, and the neighborhood is incredibly peaceful. We could not have been happier with our stay!!

Great yard

Lovely property with nice pool and very large yard. Nicely decorated. Owners left the lights on for us since we were arriving late which was a very nice gesture as well as the homemade cookies that were waiting for us. Would stay again.

Excellent and relaxing location!

A very private location for those who like to be out in the country! Christine responded to anything we had questions of. The house is clean with a private fence all around the backyard. Very nice and big pool for a big family to enjoy. The Disney parks and others were just an 1 hour. Many supermarkets were close by and many delicious fruit stands near by too!! Our family loved the house and might even come back again!

Wonderful home for R&R

From our reservation to the end of our trip, everything was terrific. Christine communicated well with us, answering all our questions and made us feel at home before we even arrived. The home had plenty of space for our large family (5 kids) and was a very nice. The kids LOVED the pool and spent many hours playing in it. It was the perfect place for rest and relaxation on our vacation.

Pleasant Stay

Owner, Eddie, was very personable and accommodating. Large, fully enclosed backyard with privacy fence, great for our dogs. Decent pool, but wrong season for comfortable use. Adequate supplies-laundry & dish detergents, TP, etc.. Comfortable queen beds, & TVs, in each bedroom. Our activities are generally limited to hiking and golf. Several state and local parks are located within a fifteen to thirty minute drive; with more inside an hour. For golf, one course south about 15 miles; otherwise, need to drive to Sebring or Bartow - each about 25 miles. A few okay restaurants; for shopping locally, pretty much Walmart. House met our needs well. Owner also supplied games and puzzles for relaxing evenings.

Great house that was incredibly family friendly. Had everything we needed in a central location!

The house was spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed in a central location. The owner was responsive and attentive. He knew we would be traveling over the holidays with a toddler and took the time to put up a Christmas tree and decorations. It was the attention to detail that we appreciated about this stay. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a home in central Florida
