"Everything was great!"

"New, clean, quiet, great area, good breakfast and good gym for this type of hotel."

"We got in late, around 1 am. There were kids all over the place out in front of the hotel so you couldn't even pull up to the front door to check in. Once inside I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to help me check in. I finally had to find a phone number to call the hotel to get someone to come out and help me check in. There must be no quiet hours at the hotel because they allowed people to right outside the front door being loud until at least 2 am. Hotel was clean and pretty nice but...

"Very good location, we liked the breakfast , staff were very helpful. Rooms we clean and beds were super comfortable."

"The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Well located just outside of downtown KC. Excellent choice for accessing shopping, restaurants and other activities within the city. Absolutely no complaints. I will stay here again."

"This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC."

"Wonderful place to stay! It was better than what I was expecting and everyone was very pleasant. Thank you!"

"Love the location. Breakfast food not the best."

"The carpet was dirty with many spots. The vent on the wall had dust build up in it, the towels had hair on them."

"Good"

"My ratings were supposed to be all 5 stars but the format for cellphones only allows 4 stars - bummer . This property was absolutely immaculate- spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast - lots of options that stayed stocked and warm all morning long - the pantry was well stocked with lots of options. the staff was incredible! Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very comfy and the WiFi strong."
