Wat Phra Mahathat

I was upgraded to a premium suite which was very nice but the space was too cold and I couldn't adjust the aircon to make it warmer. The lift was next door and it made clunking noises which were disturbing. The bed was a very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. There wasn't much around the hotel in terms of shops and restaurants.

フロント・スタッフに問題。 歩いて周辺散歩を試みる。そのため、周辺地図をもらって、ホテルの位置を確認の依頼をした。スタッフが指し示し、住所をペンで丸で記を付けるが、大きくてわからない。ホテルと道路の位置関係がわからない。 仕方がないので、地図を回し、再度、指をさしながら道路の方を向き、再度、聞くことに。と、スタッフが突然、怒り出して、地図が破れてしまうほどにペンで強く印をつけた。こちらはわからないから聞いているのですが、スタッフの怒りまくった対応…非常に困りました。 ホテルの設備、駐車場のスタッフ、直食…非常に良い印象を持っているだけに、フロント・スタッフの対応で非常に残念な気分になりました。

Hôtel très bien et spacieux. Petit bémol, la porte qui donnait sur le balcon n’était pas d’équerre, et donc fermait mal, en laissant un jour. J’avais donc tout le bruit de la grosse circulation voisine. Attendre l’ascenseur peut vous faire perdre un temps non négligeable aussi. Il y a un souci de programmation, pour moi. Mais ça reste un très bon hôtel.
