"Impressive tiny home built by owners. Saw people leaving sub-5/4 star reviews and I think they just don’t understand that this is basically RV camping. Shower, running water and a tv are all nice. Firewood available for $5, firepits - you can’t ask for anything more while camping or glamping. Would come back and tent camp here again with friends. Also super close 10 min drive to Rialto Beach for sunset."

"We enjoyed our stay .the house was set up with everything we needed. The kids loved the toys and felt right at home watching TV. My grandkids really liked the kids room and my granddaughter wants a bed just like the one there .we had a wonderful time right around the corner to the ocean beach. Plenty on room for us and comfy beds too .I'm hoping to get back soon .I really liked the house ."

"When filling the tub it was Luke warm by the time I had the tub kind of filled. Also couch had lost all support when you sit on it, sank in it. Bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. There was zero soundproofing, could hear the people in the next room clearly. Paint in the back deck was flaking off. Also on Saturday I had a realtor come and was in the process of letting in people to show the place with zero knowledge prior that the place was up for sale or that there would be showings while we...
