Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.

The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING with WEHOST!

This was the worst stay I have ever had. I travel for business and use this site and its competitor regularly and happily. I have never had an experience like this . The place was filthy with goo on the floor next to the bed and also there was visible soiling on multiple surfaces . There was a safety issue with the lock on the last day and we were unable to lock our doo and I saw another review on a different site for the same property that stated a stranger opened their locked door in the middle of the night. I notified the host when we had a concern about our lock in the middle of the first night and they never responded. When we booked we were forced to use several third party apps/sites to secure the reservation and parking permit wasn’t there and no one was able to assist me and I was denied a refund for parking after 10 requests and having to secure parking on my own… finally they denied a full refund of parking despite never providing it. There were no blankets for the sleeper bed and no blanket besides a throw for the bedroom bed. The extra sheet in the closet was soaking wet. We were forced to leave the property for a full day for cleaning per the request of WeHost and they refused to reimburse for that night. Just awful!

Great Location but had some issues

The place was exactly at presented in the pictures. The location was great if you don't want to stay in DC. There was a metro station 1/2 block from the back of the building and trains came every few minutes to send you straight downtown to the museums and landmarks. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart tv you could steam your accounts on. You get ONE towel each and that is it. No hand towels or wash rags were provided. The issue was the air conditioner unit in the bedroom. When the compressor would turn off it would make a loud banging noise. Really loud. My husband had to sleep on the couch and I woke up constantly all night with ear plugs in. The tub also didn't drain and the toilet was still dirty from the previous renters. I informed the management company of the issues and hope they will be addressed. They said they would see if they could give me a partial refund since we couldn't sleep. When I asked for a late checkout (1 hour extension for $50), they decided to give it to me for free to "make up for the inconvenience". I don't feel like this was a good effort to fix what happened so buyer beware.

The VRBO was perfectly located one block ( same side of the street) as the unit..very convenient!

The unit was on the 4th floor, but there was no outside noise…upstairs, downstairs, or in the hallway. The unit was well stocked with essentials, and the kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. There was also a grocery store and Target within walking distance, or if you prefer a great local restaurant and indoor mall area within a block. It’s an excellent place to stay for a DC vacation via the metro, which is clean, easy to navigate, and affordable.
