My Mom’s Condo in National Landing

Arlington Ridge is a residential neighborhood with tree lined streets and single family homes situated along a hillside in South Arlington. A quiet community with a mix of old and new homes as well as condo and apartment buildings. It is also home to the new HQ2 Amazon, the Pentagon, Costco, Fashion Center Mall, 2 metro stations and has great views or our Nations Capital.

Parking is included and in the rear of the building. The rear lobby entrance is convenient and also the mailboxes are located there. You can make the short 2 min walk to Bus stop and its a short 7 min ride to the Pentagon Metro station. It is an easy walk to most restaurants and shops to include the grocery stores.

This is a condo building with shared others. The condo rules are in a binder on the kitchencounter. Be sure to read them. I live very close by, please call or text if you have any questions or concerns.
