Viatge en família
Upon our arrival at the property, it regrettably wasn’t available. The owner failed to communicate or reach out to us, leading to a distressing situation where we were left without accommodation. This was especially disappointing given that we had confirmed our reservation a few weeks in advance and reconfirmed it just two days prior to our arrival.

Awesome stay!

We had all we needed from that apartment. Walking distance to Smithsonian museums (also there is a nice view on the Capitol from the streem), close proximity to the restaurants (Chinatown is a block away), great layout for a family with a toddler (separate entrances for bath and bedroom from the living room), and literally 1 minute from Walmart. The host was great! Very responsive and respectful of our time. The only inconvenience was parking that is free only on Sundays. So we left our car for 3 days at an underground parking 10 minutes walk from the place for less than $30 total, which is not a big deal considering the total cost for such a location.

Great hub for your DC trip.

Close to metros, Capital One Arena, and the Capital. No car needed, nestled between 2 metros and a straight walk down to the Capital. Probably the best feature to the location is a 30 second walk to Walmart. Owner accommodated an early check and was available for any questions. Probably best for 2 people, but our group of three was very comfortable. Definitely won’t be disappointed if you choose this location.

Clean and Convenient

Nice apartment in great location. Very clean. Only issue was that the area can be a bit noisy at times (street noise).

NOMA is awesome!

Great property only blocks away from Congress. NOMA is a great walkable neighborhood and the apartment is right in the heart of it. Ronald was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and had water/snacks for our arrival. We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend for the business traveler or for a fun getaway with your partner.
