We really liked the property and location. I had never been in this area of DC and it is very charming. We used Uber a lot simply because it was so hot our time here. Walking would be fine for us given a heatwave break. We cooked a few dinners and breakfasts right here which saved a lot of money. The bed is comfortable and the AC was good, thankfully!

The property was perfect for our weekend in DC. We had 3 adults and walked everywhere. The location felt safe and quiet and was close to our family, so was ideal. Check-in and out was very easy. We'd definitely book again.

Amazing stay

This stay was amazing! The house was exactly as pictured and a bonus back deck to relax on was an major plus! April had great communication and kept me up to date with issues going on prior to my stay! Would definitely stay again.

When we arrived at the property we could not enter the building because we had been given the wrong instructions. Evidently the owners had other properties and we had instructions for another door.That afternoon we realized that we were only given three towels and wash cloths for four people. After contacting the owners, they did bring another towel and wash cloth that night. Later we discovered that we only had a half a roll of toilet paper. There was none to be found. We contacted the host and received a snide remark about great communication, but who thinks to look for extra toilet paper when you enter a vacation rental. It should already be there.

This property was very comfortable, well equipped, and convenient. We stayed for 5 nights and likely will book here again when we are back in the area. Very nice stay!

Convenient spot in Capital Hill

This was a great spot for two couples. It's a nice neighborhood that's close to Eastern Market, restaurants, and the Metro. We had a great time.

Great location

The location was perfect for Walking around DC and seeing all the museums and monuments. It had everything we needed for our short stay and the check in check out process was easy.

Great location to see all of DC. We felt very safe. We had an issue getting in when we arrived but April was quick to respond and get us in as well as giving us some great tips for restaurants and the near by market. The place was great for 3 adults. With the stairs and small living room/kitchen area, I am not sure I would recommend it for families with small children.

Great, Safe Place in Capital Hill District

The perfect place for my husband and I and the friends we were traveling with to tour DC for the weekend. Parking was ample, and Tony and April were great communicators. Great walking distance.
