★ Limo Interconnect going to Pentagon metro station runs every 30 minutes from Bailey's. From Mondays - Fridays.

Guest can access the unit using a key that will be stored in a lockbox and will be provided a parking pass to park in the building.

Towing is strict in the building hence parking pass needs to be secured in advance and properly displayed that can be easily seen by building staff during patrol.

HOUSE RULES:

Absolutely no smoking or parties allowed. Fines up to $1000 for smoking/parties that disturb the neighbors. This is a non-smoking building.

I was unable to stay because the elevator was not working. This was the only elevator that granted my access to the apartment. I received no support and ending up booking two nights at a hotel. Please refund my money.

Never got in

Upon arrival around 9:30pm we followed the instructions sent via email after the texted instructions wouldn't load. Got to the second elevator that was out of order and no other way to access the unit we rented. Were never able to get into unit even the following day when we went back to attempt to get in. Ended up canceling reservation with Vrbo and getting. Complete refund. Property manager would only text back with communication and at times it seems as though it were automated responses.

DIRTY and DISGUSTING

I communicated with the owner that we would like to check in 2 hours early, not realizing we would be charged an additional 25. I communicate back to the owner that I wasn't paying the 25 and would check in at 4:00. The owner never communicated anything back to me, so we proceeded to the property and found it disgustingly dirty. There were dishes in the sink, the bed wasn't made, dirty linen was piled on the couch, there was stuff in the toilet (really disgusting), there was pasta and spaghetti sauce on the floor and the stove, and there were dirty q-tips in both the kitchen and bathroom. I attempted several times to get in touch with the owner, who finally, after an hour, got back to me that he was sending the cleaners over to clean the place. I waited downstairs and the 3 cleaners showed up at 3:45. There was no way that place would be cleaned by 4:00, so we made alternate plans. The owner did reach out to us at 4:15 stating that the place was cleaned and ready for us to useWe have never been so disappointed in a place than we were with this one. When we complained and stated that we were taking our business elsewhere, the owner had the brass iron balls to state that he was only refunding 1/2 of our money. We did not use his services; therefore, he didn't deserve ANY of our hard-earned money. We have used Vrbo previously and have never had an experience like this before. This owner should be taken off of Vrbo if he intends to treat customers in such a manner.
