Charming Arlington Townhouse with Garage

  • Located in the Shirlington area of Arlington, the home is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. There are many restaurants around the corner in Shirlington Village. We are close to a few major highways, and you’ll love the proximity to everything in Arlington/Alexandria/Washington, D.C. For tourists, you are just 15 minutes away from all the monuments and museums that Washington, D.C. has to offer.

    The house is a 1750 sq/ft three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath with a private garage and driveway with room for two more cars. We have three nice-sized bedrooms: the Master has a queen bed, an adjacent room has a queen bed, and one has a twin bed (there is also a Pack and Play).

    Small dog friendly (25-30 pounds max) with a one-time pet fee. Long term rental discounts are available please message me!

Perfection location that met my family needs. The entire townhouse was well maintained and the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms were clean.

Property was clean and well stocked. Located minutes from Metro stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. Neighborhood appeared safe and was quiet. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and easy check-in. Although it is in a busy neighborhood, the townhouse was amazingly quite. As other commenters have stated there are some steep stairs to get into the property, which was not an issue for our party. The washer and dryer was nice for a week long stay and the place was equipped well. There is a walking and running trail within a short distance of the property, which was great. I would definitely stay again.

This property provided a clean and extremely comfortable location for our family holiday gathering. Located in a quiet neighborhood we had no issues at all. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the DC area, check this property out! Communication with the host was excellent. Check-in/Check-out was effortless.

This townhouse was as advertised and more! The rooms were large and comfortable with plenty of space to unwind before and after family events in Arlington. Also, the location was great, with access to the grocery, church and restaurants. The host provided snacks and must have had advance notice of my ice dependency as there was a bowl of ice in the freezer ready to chill my favorite beverages during this hot weekend.The only bit of advice I would give to our host is to somehow illuminate the house number. We arrived later than expected--after dark--and I am afraid I gave several neighbors a scare as I ran up the steps on two other homes to check the house numbers.I hope I didn't cause too much anxiety in the neighborhood because of this. The third time was a charm and we were easily 'home.'

Very clean house, close to Shirlington. It met all of our basic needs - it was close to our son’s house and had two beds and two baths. The neighborhood was a bit run down yet seemed safe. We would stay here again.

Great location

We were in the Washington DC area for a few days with our family and this was a great spot. It was a short drive into DC for the tourist spots and was a quiet neighborhood where we could relax and sleep in. Will definitely consider staying here again for a future visit to DC.

Arlington townhome

We loved the proximity to Shirlington! Easy walk to all that it offers...nice backyard for our little rescue pup. The house was very warm during the recent cold temps!

Host was very communicative. House was perfect for our family to stay while in the middle of moving. I really appreciated the high chair and pack and play for our infant!

Great location, house and owner response

The property was a perfect location, we not only visited Washington DC, we went to locations in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Omar was very responsive when we needed him upon arrival. Overall the property was very nice.
