Experience Utah's red rock desert in bright, contemporary style at this brand-new, five-bedroom townhouse in Washington. In this lovely spot (with no back neighbors), you'll be a quick and scenic drive from nearby golf courses, Quail Creek and Sand Hollow State Parks, and even Zion National Park.

Whether you spend your days hiking or ATVing, you'll delight in coming home to this air-conditioned space where everything is new and polished. The main floor is lined with windows, offering a living room with dual sofas and a flatscreen cable TV (with streaming capability), an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and both an island breakfast bar for four and a dining room table for six. Out on the patio, there's a gas grill and a shaded table for al fresco meals.

When it comes to entertainment, be sure to visit the home's second-floor game room, where you'll find another TV, a sectional sofa, an arcade console, a game table, and even a desk if you need to catch up on a few emails. You'll sleep soundly in five bedrooms - two on the first floor, three upstairs, and all featuring their own TVs and attached bathrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
