Family room has 2 long green velvet sofas, faux leather brown chairs, 80 inch smart tv, electric fireplace, surround sound.

2 bedrooms on first floor :

Large 1st Bedroom 2 king, adjustable

2nd Bedroom has a king size bed + 50 inch smart tv

2nd Floor:

4 bedrooms on second floor, washer/dryer room.

1st Bedroom on second floor: has 2 pink queen beds, 50 inch smart tv

Jack and Jill bathroom connects between the 1st and second bedroom. Doors on each side us d as a divider and privacy, and in the bathroom the shower and toilet has its own door within the bathroom so guests can still used the sink while another guest uses shower/toilet.

2nd Bedroom: has 2 king size blue beds, and 50 inch smart tv

3rd Bedroom junior master suite: has 1 Dark blue king size bed with 50 inch smart tv, connected en-suite full bathroom.

4th Bedroom Master Suite: is enormous in size, beige king bed, 2 seating area with 2 swivel beige velvet chairs, 65 inch smart tv, electric fireplace. Wonderful and sophisticated walk-in closet with/ chandelier, thoughtfully organized shelves and cabinets for your shoes, and other clothing suited to please men/women who required the best. Master bathroom will have you in awe over marble double vanity, jetted tub, spacious shower w/ marble seat, multiple shower heads surrounds, toilet w/ seperate door.

Basement:

Living area : Spacious and open concept Gulfstream jet themed room. Light blue paint, cloud wallpaper immerses you and make you feel like you are in sky. Metal plane decor features a Gulfstream G650, the king of the airspace. Pool table, 4 foot four corners game, child books, and other board games makes the basement a truly fun place to be. Velvet green couches and coolest looking blue sofa will have every child or adult smiling ear to ear. 70 inch smart tv, and surround sound.

There is 1 Bedroom in the basement: 2 queen sized light blue beds, 50 inch tv, connected bathroom that also works as a jack and Jill, close off the side door in the bathroom to make a private en-suite or have the option to leave open for other guests to also utilize.

Private Movie Theater: Last but certainly not least one of the coolest movie theaters you’ll ever see in an Airbnb. Star Wars themed movies theater with 200 inch projector, ultra high end in-ground surround sound system, fire stick left in movie theater to allow you to stream your favorite apps like Netflix under your account, full size dark Vader, and special force troops, 1 riser for easy visibility, 6 total reclining blue seats fits 2 people in each, purple painted room and galaxy wallpaper transfer you to another universe, stars projector. It doesn’t get better than this. $100 per night to have access to this room.
