Explore the river by canoe, kayak, or paddleboard, or venture out for thrilling adventures with boating, jet skiing, and tubing along the river and out to the Bay. If you prefer a slower pace, swing in the hammock with your favorite book or relax by the riverside in a lounge chair, soaking up the sun. A short 5 minute walk to the longest fresh water beach in the world.

As evening falls, the grounds light up on a timed system, casting a soft glow across the property. The outdoor fire pit is the perfect place to gather, where ten comfortable Muskoka chairs encircle the flames. Enjoy complimentary firewood, and wrap yourself in cozy blankets or faux sheepskin seat covers for extra warmth and comfort. Adjacent to the fire pit, enjoy a friendly game of shuffleboard, adding fun and friendly competition to your evening outdoors.

For those who love ambiance, the music sound system connects to your streaming music service and is adaptable to specific rooms and outdoor spaces. Set the perfect mood as you choose to play music throughout the house or limit it to the outdoor areas—whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening by the river or hosting a lively gathering, the system allows you to create the ideal atmosphere for every moment.

Dinner becomes an event with outdoor dining on the upper deck, featuring a built-in BBQ, pizza oven, and herb garden to make your fresh-to-table experience unforgettable. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with 4 gas burners, 2 inside burners, a beverage fridge, a center island, a kitchen bar with 4 stools, and a cocktail area—perfect for cooking with friends and family, or enhancing your experience with optional meal plans.

Luxurious Accommodations
The River House offers six private bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort and privacy. The home includes three king-sized bedrooms and three queen-sized bedrooms, ideal for family gatherings or group getaways. Each room is thoughtfully appointed to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of each day.

The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a luxurious king bed, an extra-large walk-in closet, and a private fireplace. Unwind in the deep soaker tub, or step outside to your private walkout leading to the upper deck, offering stunning river views. For ultimate relaxation, the suite also includes a TV for winding down.

All six bathrooms are equipped with showers, ensuring ample space for everyone to get ready and enjoy their stay. The 2 queen bedrooms are connected with by a shared bathroom.
