Brand new one bedroom apartment (bedroom, living room, bathroom and a big balcony). The apartment is in a brand new building with an elevator and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything in the apartment is brand new and you can be one of the first guests.

The building is in an excellent location close to the center of the city, airport 20 minutes away, close to S8-Wrocław and A2-Poznań main roads.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a large luxury bed, bathroom with shower/bathtub, living room with a comfortable sofa which can be converted and used as a second bed. In addition there is a washer/dryer, smart TV, high speed internet and 99 TV channel, fully equipped kitchen and large balcony. For hot summer days the apartment is equipped with air conditioning system. The apartment is located on the first/second floor and below it on the ground floor you can find small grocery and a liquor store. Bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy, dentist, hair and pedicure salon in the neighboring buildings for your convenience. The entire building complex is 24/7 security monitored for your safety, you need a security code to enter the area, I will provide the gate code for you.

If you like Indian cuisine there is an Indian restaurant 3 minutes walking distance from the building, as well as many other restaurants and coffee shops.
The apartment is also very close to Warsaw Insurgents Park, Edwarda Szymańskiego Park, Moczydło Park, and 20 minutes walk to Wola Park shipping mall.

Other things to note:
Check-in time at 3pm and check-out time at 11am. Check-in time might be available earlier only if the cleaning is completed earlier.
Please do not loose the apartment door key, if you do loose the key, you will be charged a fee for making a new key.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, there is a smoke detector/alarm and it can be triggered if you smoke inside. There is a big balcony and you can have your cigarette there on the balcony. Do NOT throw your cigarette left over on the ground please; we try to keep the area clean.
Pets/animals are not allowed either.
