The Space:
The spacious 70 m² flat can accommodate 6 people inside. It will provide our guests with comfort at the highest level and make them feel truly special. Its interiors in pleasant shades of white, beige and grey give it a unique character and make relaxing in the flat a new dimension. Its space consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers and a TV. Long evenings will certainly be made more enjoyable by the SmartTV function available on the modern TV and WIFI internet access. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a capacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and a table with chairs. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with all items necessary for preparing meals. Amenities such as an oven, dishwasher and coffee machine are available. A private, glass-enclosed balcony will allow you to enjoy the views of the city, from the 9th floor. The elegant bathroom with shower is equipped with a washing machine, towels and a hairdryer.

The Neighborhood:
The building is located in the heart of Warsaw on Grzybowska Street. It is a tall, elegant development, distinguished by its modern design. On the fifth floor, there is a public terrace from which you can admire the surroundings or take a breath of fresh air. The city centre is a district rich in entertainment and attractions, where there is certainly something for everyone. The city's rich gastronomic scene makes it a top destination for gourmets and those looking for a new culinary experience, with restaurants in the area serving dishes from all over the world, including Korean, Indian and Italian cuisine. Any history enthusiast will appreciate the architecture of old Warsaw and the close proximity to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The Browary Warszawskie gastronomic zone located next door is also worth a visit. Nearby, you can find the famous Hala Mirowska (Mirowska Hall), which takes only five minutes to walk to - this place is iconic and full of unique atmosphere. The city centre (Palace of Culture and Science) can be reached in less than fifteen minutes, as can the Warszawa Centralna railway station. Despite its location in a densely built-up area, there is room for numerous green areas in the neighbourhood, including Mirowski Park or the beautiful Saski Garden. The place is perfectly communicated with the rest of Warsaw, and it takes only six minutes to walk to the nearest metro station - Rondo ONZ.
