The Space:

The elegant apartment is located on the sixth floor of a modern building. Its interior has been finished with the utmost attention to detail, and the color scheme is dominated by subtle gold accents, brown and classic white. The apartment has a beautiful view of skyscrapers, including Varso Tower, Q22 and Rondo 1. It can accommodate up to four people, so it is an ideal option for groups or families traveling together. Two accommodations are in a separate bedroom on a double double bed, and another two in the living room on a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped and suitable for cooking delicious meals. It contains, among other things, an induction cooktop and a microwave oven. You shouldn't have to worry about washing dishes either, as a dishwasher is also available. The living room is fully air-conditioned. During the warmer day, coffee brewed in the capsule machine can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony belonging to the apartment. The designer bathroom has a shower, washing machine, towels and a special set of free toiletries. The apartment is suitable for remote work - the bedroom has a desk along with a chair, and high-speed WiFi connection is available in all rooms. In addition, there is a flat-screen TV (SmartTV+) and cable access.

The Neighborhood:

The building is located in the heart of Warsaw at Grzybowska Street. It is a tall, elegant building distinguished by its modern design. On the fifth floor there is a public terrace from which you can admire the surroundings or take a breath of fresh air. Downtown is a neighborhood abundant with entertainment and attractions, where there is certainly something for everyone. Its abundant gastronomic facilities make it a top destination for gourmets and those eager for a new culinary experience, with restaurants located within it serving cuisine from around the world, including Korean, Indian and Italian. Any history enthusiast will appreciate the architecture of old Warsaw and the short distance to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. Also worth a visit is the Browary Warszawskie gastronomic zone located next door. Nearby you can find the famous Hala Mirowska, to which it takes only five minutes to walk - this place is iconic and full of unique atmosphere. The very center (Palace of Culture and Science) can be reached in less than fifteen minutes, as can the Warsaw Central railroad station. Despite its location in a densely built-up area, the neighborhood has room for numerous green areas, including Mirowski Park or the beautiful Saski Garden. The place is well connected with the rest of Warsaw, and it will take only six minutes to walk to the nearest subway station Rondo ONZ. In addition, numerous streetcar and bus stops will certainly make traveling around the city easier - the nearest one (Mennica 01) is located just a few dozen meters from the building.
