  • Fully renovated holiday accommodation. Featuring a contemporary kitchen with spacious open plan living which opens out into a spacious decking area for great outdoor living & entertaining with BBQ.

    The main bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite, whilst the other bedrooms have ultra comfortable king singles. The main bathroom has a double vanity and spa bath.

    A second lounge/living area. Polished timber floors throughout. Keep yourself cool in summer with air conditioning & warm in winter with central heating. Enclosed backyard for privacy. Centrally located & very close to the CBD. Ideal for couples and families.

Family Get Away

We travelled from interstate for a family get away and we booked only a couple of months out from our stay, we found that the property was in a great central location which meant the whole family didn't need to go far to do the things each of us want to do. Plenty of room and very neat and tidy. Fantastic views.

Short family getaway

We have a short stay in this lovely home. It was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed as an adult family. There was space and privacy for everyone. This is a beautiful house with nice living spaces.

Six Older Ladies

The property was amazing! Attention has been paid to every little detail. Everything we needed was provided. The only thing that would have made it a little better was a handrail at the front steps. We are six ladies, all over 70 (and a couple over 80). Some of us found it a little awkward going down the front steps. Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone!

Peaceful spacious property

We were a family of 6 who stayed for a week. The house is spacious, clean and there is all the feature you need for a long stay. My chikdren enjoyed the children books and bath toys provided. The adults loved the cosy lounge with the gas heater, comfortable bedding and very functional kitchen. The house is in a quiet location and has a lovely outdoor area. We will definately consider coming back.

Excellent location and very well appointed

The property is spacious with high quality furnishings and fittings. The kitchen is excellent with a large oven and pretty much every appliance that you would want. Bathrooms and bedrooms are also excellent. The backyard BBQ area is well set-up and very user friendly.

Great house ,comfy stay .

This is a beautiful home with an amazing array of modern appliances and very comfortable beds . The living spaces including the patio were just right for our family group . This location was ideal for us to visit all our favourite spots in the area . We travelled to Port Campbell ,to Port Fairy and Portland and of course a couple of visits to Tower Hill .

Easy, relaxing and ample space

We found Merri Place to be great for a family long weekend break. Very impressed with how the house felt like home for us whilst we enjoyed our stay in Warrnambool and shopping at Port Fairy. We visited with extended family and having more than one living area made it easy to relax. We didn't eat out at all! The kitchen had everything that you could think of and the outdoor bar-b-que area was a big plus.

Spot on!

A great, spacious home. We were there for a weekend away, and the bed configuration met our needs. The place was spotless, and welcoming. We picked some flowers from the garden, and enjoyed the outdoor space. The location was good, you could walk into town, or stretch your legs for a decent walk to Lake Pertobe. The only thing that needs updating, is the iPod dock xx

A great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a nice, quiet and convenient area, the accommodation was large, clean, comfortable, and stocked and equipped with all the necessary items. The beds were so, so comfortable and the apartment was huge and spacious.
