The home is situated amidst splendid lakes, green meadows and historic towns, making it truly unique. From Warns you can take wonderful cycling trips to Gaasterland, Workum, Hindeloopen or Stavoren. From here you can even take the ferryboat to Enkhuizen or travel by train to Sneek and Leeuwarden. Along the Ijssel lake, which is 2.5 km away, there are many beaches where you can swim, surf and fish. There's a supermarket and restaurant just 300m away.

The home has its own private jetty. It has a fabulous garden with furniture for you to sit and enjoy the view. You can lounge on the fenced terrace with a cup of tea or a good book. The home is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. You're allowed to bring 1 pet for €4/night.
