Beach house

2 bedroom raised ranch, spacious eat in kitchen. Outdoor living space with grill and gas fire pit. 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. Bonus lower level with futon, recliners and tv. Sheets and towels provided. Along with 3 kayaks, life vests. Walk to private beach or a 5 minute drive to public beach. Beautiful sunsets, shopping close by along with great restaurants downtown or in nearby Onset.

Lovely stay!

My adult son and I stayed here for few days during the Falmouth Road race which he ran. The house was beautiful and clean! It’s in a neighborhood association with private beach areas which were lovely. The hosts were very responsive with questions. At the house they had kayaks and beach chairs to use which we took advantage of and had a great paddle and time at the Sandy beach along the river. It was a great short stay!

Pleasant Little House

The location of the house was just right for our purposes. It has some nice amenities, including a fabulous deck with a grill and fire pit. There were plenty of streaming options on the big TV. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and even some food. The main living area was clean and well appointed with a reclining couch and loveseat. We did have a few issues. The air conditioners - which are floor units that vent out the windows - are either on or off, and they go on or off with a THUNK, making it hard for us to sleep. The spiral staircase to downstairs was a bit difficult to navigate. Finally, the second bathroom, which is part of the finished basement at the bottom of the staircase, was not as clean as the main bathroom, and we had to kill several spiders in there during our two-night stay. Overall, however, we had a nice stay and would recommend it.

Cape Cod getaway

We had an amazing stay on the Cape, and the house was a real enhancement to our vacation. The kitchen was a great size for preparing meals, we enjoyed the outdoor space so much. And the dual living rooms gave us tons of spreading out space. The location was perfect for us. Highly recommend 👍

Friendly place

The location was nice and the community that the house was located in was friendly and welcoming. The house was a great size for us and had everything we needed. The outside shower was fab. Overall a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Great home base for Cape Cod exploring

The house was comfortable for our exploration of Cape Cod. We drove out to Provincetown (1.5hrs) and rode the Shining Sea Bike Path (20 min). Visited Plymouth and Sandwich. The owners were very responsive with our questions. We grilled and enjoyed the back deck. The neighborhood was quite friendly.

Quiet and nice.

We enjoyed our time here. Host was extremely responsive and very helpful. There are about 5 stairs and a very slight incline to climb to get to the door, but they shouldn’t be a problem unless you just can’t do stairs at all. Quiet street with lots of birds around, especially Osprey! Nice area for walking. If you like good baseball, be sure to check out the Wareham Gatemen!
