Overall great!

It was exactly as advertised. The big question was would the plumbing hold up - 2 bathrooms and 17 people?? It sure did! Never out of hot water either! Crab Cove - we were there to witness the crabs hatching and crawling to the ocean - what a cool experience!

Great family vacation home

Beautiful location. Very tranquil and relaxing. Family had a great time together. Younger grandchildren were able to go into the water safely with out any waves knocking them down etc. Fire pits were great to use at night.

The property and house are beautiful and the perfect space for my cousins and I to relax and reconnect. The only negative was that we could not get the oven or the grill to work.

Family Vacation

The house was located right on the beach. Great view every morning. Overall, the house needed some TLC. The day we checked in, we noticed the balcony had a couple of posts that were not secure and potentially dangerous. The coffee maker had mold. I contacted the number given to me. They were both fixed right away. As the week went on, I contacted the manager for additional items. The manager had stopped answering the phone. I believe that there might have been a family emergency but not really sure what happened. We had to go and purchase our own items that were supposed to be supplied. The closets were full of items and were not really usable to hang clothes. We ran out of propane and could not grill anymore. Communication was very poor. If there was a family emergency, no one else was available.

Fantastic!

Such an amazing place. Incredible view with very comfy house, very well equipped for big groups and families (except the one bathroom, but which was not an issue at all for us). So nice to have the kayaks and paddles! Really fantastic. Thank you. We will be back!

Great value

This property is very nice! House is clean, easy access, great location and plenty of space for family and kids. Beach is prefect! Limited space to store pantry items for your stay, lots of cabinet space but it’s all filled with abundance of dish/plate/glassware. Would stay again for sure!

Fantastic Family Beach House!

The house is perfect for a large family getaway. Everything you need and more. The mermaid/starfish decor is adorable! The layout is very bright and open. Our group consisted of Adults, kids, toddlers and an infant and although family friendly, understandably, it wasn't baby proof but we still made it work. It wasn't summer weather but we still made use of the beach, beach toys, and kayaks. The location was perfect for us. I wanted a family getaway but didn't want those with toddlers and babies to have to travel far and this was perfect. Really hope we can come back again and definitely when it's summer weather so we can enjoy all that it has to offer.

Very cute mermazing themed house

Cute and clean. Had everything you need to play no need to pack your beach stuff! The array of included options was definitely a major perk! My only complaint if you can call it that is the house is split and the bottom level is occupied. Although I never saw this occupant the only thing separating us from them was a 2’ dog fence and a set of stairs that where wide open! Neighbors were friendly location was great!

Couldn’t of been any happier than what we were with this home

The entire process could not have been easier than what it was. After we reserved the property and made our payment we were given information regarding the house right away. The day the rest of the payment was due we were instantly giving contacts names and phone numbers, key codes for our stay, Internet access codes and anything else we needed. The house was exactly as it was described and shown. I would stay in this house again. Beautiful, right on the bay, Clearwater, wonderful private beach area.

Beach Stay

This property was wonderful-the views, the accommodations and everything we needed was available. We were a little worried about the one bath but for 7 adults ( we had to get ready for a funeral all at once) it wasn’t a problem. Loved it and we hope we’ll ll be able to go back someday!

Relaxing short trip

Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. Host communication was timely and efficient via text. Lovely welcome note and treats on arrival. The home is exactly as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. The master bedroom was very comfortable. Good quality linens. Plenty of bath and beach towels available. Our 3YO was fascinated with all the sea shell decorations and loved exploring all the rooms. The kitchen has everything you’d need! The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. While the home can accommodate plenty of people comfortably - only one bathroom may get tricky for a very large group. Direct beach access from the home was convenient- we took advantage of the kayaks, lounge chairs and beach toys that were available. Didn’t attempt to swim as there were many boats in the water but the water was warm and inviting! Was a little concerned prior to booking that the window a/c units wouldn’t keep the place cool enough- but they worked out great - even on the very hot days. The home is easy to find for delivery drivers and lots of food delivery options are available. Short driving distances to restaurants, shops, coffee. The wii and games were helpful on rainy days. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway to unwind by the beach.

Great family vacation place.

We enjoyed are stay very much. Used the paddle boards and kayaks which were awesome. Location was great. Totally recommend this place.
