    Hermosa y acogedora cabaña de madera con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en una zona tranquila entre el monte. Snow y Stratton Mountain para un montón de aventuras al aire libre, pero en el interior puede relajarse junto a la chimenea de leña de doble cara mientras bebe una taza de café o una copa de vino.

    El nivel principal consiste en un diseño abierto con la cocina / comedor con hermosas vistas de la cubierta trasera y bosques / montañas en el patio trasero. El comedor desemboca en la sala de estar, que cuenta con un sofá cama queen y love seat, un futón y un sillón reclinable. La sala de estar también está equipada con un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, un nuevo reproductor de DVD blu-ray 3D de Samsung, con sonido envolvente para películas y fútbol dominical. Además, estéreo con un montón de viejos CD de rock. Un gran medio baño también está en el nivel principal fuera de la sala de estar. La cocina está completamente equipada junto con lavavajillas, cocina eléctrica, tostadora, cafetera / máquina de café espresso y todas las ollas / sartenes, utensilios que necesita para su estadía, incluso una olla eléctrica para que las cenas estén listas cuando regrese a casa después de esquiar o embarque.

    El nivel inferior cuenta con una cama de registro de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal, cama de tamaño completo en una de las habitaciones de invitados y otra habitación con literas Full over Full que tiene capacidad para otros 2-4 invitados. El nivel inferior se completa con un gran baño completo, que incluye una sauna con un nuevo calentador de sauna, lavadora / secadora, combinación de bañera / ducha con la mejor presión de agua. Grandes espacios al aire libre en el porche con muebles nuevos de mimbre y cubiertas superiores / inferiores traseras. También se incluye el uso de una nueva parrilla de barbacoa, una nueva mesa de picnic al aire libre y una mecedora Adirondack para dos personas en la cubierta superior (disponible solo durante los meses que no son de invierno).

    Esta propiedad está ubicada en la comunidad de granjas de montañas nevadas, que incluye una casa club con piscina cubierta climatizada, canchas de tenis y área de picnic que puede usar durante su estadía. Disfruta y relájate, estás en Vermont.

Host was wonderful, left a bottle of wine which we enjoyed very much. The place was gorgeous. WiFi need some improvement but who cares. Everything was great.

The host was very thorough and the house was wonderful. The Wifi was especially helpful as there is limited cell phone service in the area. We truly felt like we were a part of the surrounding nature. Finally, Stratton Mountain was just 20-25 minutes away--great for the ski season!

We have a great time at this cabin. Very clean and comfortable. Surrounded by trees and fall foliage - winter pics don't do it justice!

Great ski cottage

Property was great with easy access to Stratton. The house was clean and well-maintained. Communication with host was excellent. We would stay here again.

Cute and Cozy!

This little house is clearly very well loved by the owners. The owners left very chat instructions on how to use everything, and they were very responsive whenever we had questions. We had a lovely time and would love to return!

My family and I have no complaints. We loved everything about our stay. Scott was very attentive, and communication was effective which is greatly appreciated. We are definitely coming back to this cabin.

Great weekend of skiing, fires, sauna and swimming.

We had a great weekend of skiing. We enjoyed the cabin and look forward to coming back. Fires every night in the fireplace after a long day skiing. Also got to enjoy the sauna at the cabin as well as a swim in pool at the community center. Thanks, Scott!

Great ski house for families

Location was great for skiing at Stratton. Plenty of space for two families that we were not on top of one and other. House was very comfortable. Owner was great providing us details and information we needed for our stay. He was also flexible with our check out time this afternoon. We were so grateful since my husband was not able to ski. We hope to come back again

Great host, place needs DIY

Gracious host, convenient location & good check in process. The host also offered to give us extra time to check out, highly appreciated. If you are looking for mountain views, this place is not the right choice. It is completely surrounded by tall trees. Think furniture & bedding definitely need an update for hygiene & odor.

Hidden gem in a great location

Loved this property. It's well situated in Wardsboro in a neighborhood with lots of acreage between the homes. This one in particular is secluded and offers lots of privacy. The back deck is beautiful and large - a great place to have a meal. The interior is very Vermont cabin / lodge style with a wonderful double fireplace between the living and dining room. Best of all, there is a sauna in the downstairs bathroom, which was fantastic given that the weather over the weekend was not so great. Would definitely recommend and will likely be coming back!

Just right for a fall hiking trip to Vermont

The cabin in Wardsboro was a cozy and comfortable retreat in the woods. And a nice touch-- a bottle of wine and two wine glasses on the table when we arrived. The scene from the living room/dining room was spectacular-- the leaves were still brilliant but many had dropped giving us great view of some distant mountains. The space inside was comfortable for the two of us but would have accommodated another couple or a family. We enjoyed the dual fireplace on the main floor, especially because the weather was October cold and even rainy on one day. It made our evenings very cozy. We also enjoyed the fire pit at the back of the property. The owner provided plenty of firewood for both. The only minor drawback during our stay was poor internet connection, but the owner stayed in regular contact trying to get it working. New equipment installed after our stay pretty much assures the next guests that they won't have any problems in that regard. The cabin is close to Mount Snow, so I imagine this is a great location for skiiers. We were there for the hiking and found several great trails in nearby Wilmington such as Haystack Mountain and Merck Forest.

Cozy log cabin.

We enjoyed our Christmas vacation in Scott’s log cabin. He’s very prompt and his cabin is clean and well maintained. I’d certainly recommend for small family gatherings and ski trips.

Will be back!

Scott was super accommodating as a host with my change in plans. You can never go wrong with a trip to Vermont and this particular location gives you the best of both worlds as it is between Stratton and Mt. Snow. I will be back!
