The Location
This modern and harmoniously furnished apartment, with a penthouse-like feel and an east-facing orientation, is located on the 5th floor. The resort’s expansive grounds border the dike directly to the northeast; the other sides are surrounded by the watercourse of an idyllic Graft. The North Sea and the sandy beach are just 200 m away. There is virtually no car traffic here. Enjoy the refreshing sea climate on long walks or while relaxing in a sheltered beach chair. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!

This tastefully decorated, non-smoking apartment with a sauna features free Wi-Fi and offers a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, toaster, capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), a kettle, kitchen scale, egg cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV, as well as books and games. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to spend pleasant hours enjoying breakfast or relaxing after an eventful day at the beach.
In the separate bedroom, which features a double bed and direct access to the balcony, there is a second large flat-screen TV. You can welcome the morning sun on the spacious east-facing balcony as early as breakfast time and enjoy the sweeping view over Schillig all the way to the sea. A crib and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request. The balcony is also accessible from the living area.
Another highlight is the private infrared sauna in the apartment’s bathroom. The bathroom, equipped with a sink, walk-in rain shower, and toilet, features a makeup mirror and a hair dryer.
