Welcome to our luxury four-bedroom lakefront home in Wanaka, an idyllic retreat perfectly situated just steps from the lake's edge and a short walk into town. Tailored for families or groups, our home offers a blend of sophistication and comfort in a prime location.

Across the road, you'll find The Wanaka Tree, access to the beautiful Waterfall creek walk/cycle track, a children's playground and designated swimmers area, making it an ideal spot for a family getaway. Revel in the relaxed and luxurious ambiance of the house, with seamless indoor and outdoor spaces crafted to suit all seasons. Enjoy fabulous views of the lake from the three upstairs bedrooms, along with stunning mountain vistas from the garden—an inviting, sunny, and spacious haven to fully embrace all that Wanaka has to offer.

The expansive open kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining, equipped with premium appliances and a Nespresso machine. Step out to a private outdoor area, complete with a stone pizza oven and Weber Gas BBQ, ideal for gatherings or serene relaxation. The lounge boasts bi-fold windows that open to the garden, creating a delightful space for those warm summer evenings.

Our home is fully carpeted and tiled, featuring underfloor heating in all rooms for a cozy atmosphere. Guests have full access to the laundry and the double garage, providing convenient internal access to the house.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs, the Master bedroom offers an en suite, a king bed, and breathtaking lake views. The two additional upstairs bedrooms feature queen beds and share a main bathroom with a double vanity, large tiled shower, and bath, offering both lakefront and Mt Iron views.
Downstairs, discover The Den—a luxurious bunk room that accommodates seven, with a queen bed with single on top, two king singles, a single bunk, and a separate bathroom.

Stay warm during chilly winter nights with a well-equipped gas fire, heat pump, and an additional heat pump located upstairs.

The location is spot on with an easy stroll to the lake or downtown Wanaka. The house itself is warm and well set out for large groups - perfect for a family or group of friends. Emily was an awesome host and always quick to reply to anything we needed. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone heading to Wanaka!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay to celebrate a family big birthday. The house was bright and attractive, clean and warm, and had excellent bedrooms and bathrooms for our family, as well as great living spaces for different ages to get together, especially when extra family popped in to celebrate with us. The location was perfect for a lake front walk or time with the kids at the playground. The kids loved the table tennis in the garage.We had one glitch - the fridge had been turned off at the wall and although we turned on the switch, the freezer took particularly long to freeze food, so our ice cream etc was still runny when we needed it later in the evening. Emily was very helpful when we made contact and fortunately everything was working well by the morning. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Great space, very well equipped, gorgeous location opposite the lake. Definitely recommend for a large group wanting a base in Wānaka. Warm and clean. Check in was delayed due to cleaner not being finished, but just killed a couple of extra hours in wanaka. Note paddle boards not available over winter

Beautiful home in an awesome location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Wanaka. The home is in a great spot and very close to the lake and local shops are an easy walk away. The house is well maintained and was great for the 9 of us. The home is very warm inside and a great layout for large groups. The host was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had.

Wonderful spacious home in a great location

Our group consisting of four couples enjoyed three nights in this lovely spacious home which was located opposite the lake within easy walking distance to town. We appreciated the welcome hamper and the well stocked kitchen as well as the comfortable beds and the three lovely bathrooms. The home is clearly much loved by the family who owns it and provided us with the perfect base to enjoy the end of our holiday. Many thanks to Emily and her family for our great stay.

Family stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. A group of 6 adults with children all under 4. The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and more! Awesome house, wonderful location!

This stunning home has fabulous lake views and is within easy walking distance of town. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 7 as were the 2 living areas. The house was warm and the underfloor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen was amazing! Emily was a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back!
