"It was good"

"The location was great, the room was not as clean as any other hotels I’ve stayed before. The guests beside us were smoking cigarettes and that’s what our room smelled like. We asked to upgrade and the hotel was fully booked. There was a stain on the sheet when we checked in and told the front desk. She offered to give us another one. Overall I would not ever stay at this location again or this line of hotels. "

"We were impressed with the accommodations and the reasonable price. So much so we repeated our stay on our way back through Lebanon. Breakfast was well represented in variety and tastes! Comfortable rooms allowing for additional guests."

"We had issues with the shower. The elevator sounded horrible and took forever to come, it was only 3 floors. There were several spots in the carpet. I was not offered a pro rated refund when we had to check out early. Highly dissatisfied"

" This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. There was dog hair on nearly every surface, the carpet was worn out, and the overall condition of the room felt old and unclean. We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn...

"The room was dirty. There was a dark black spot in the shower. Toilet was not clean. One bed looked clean the other bed had dirt spots on the sheets. The coffee in the breakfast bar was very weak. There was granola bars, boiled eggs, oatmeal, & yogurt. There was a homeless couple who were living in there car that kept coming in a back door to get food. "

"The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed...

"room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was more than we needed."

"The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of selection. It was busy but still room for parking. We only stayed one night and had very little interaction with the staff, but the interaction we did have was friendly. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was fine for a one-night stay."

"No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise."

"The breakfast was over cooked and not edible. Tasted like it was warmed up from the day before. The hot tub was barely warm and did not work. The "heated" pool inside was freezing and the outside pool was out of order. The toilet had not been cleaned and the shower curtain was soured and had to be changed. They did not collect our trash the whole 3 nights we stayed. Would not give a refund when we asked the next morning after finding all this out after the first night. She told us we could...

"Have stayed here several times. Always clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and airport."
