"I can not say enough about Wilton castle. It was amazing staying in the self contained suites. There was a fire place in the suite that was prepared and ready to go everyday. The property itself is amazing, at one point in our stay we were the on people there. Pretty unrealistic staying on a property like this by yourself. "Check in was very easy online & the reception staff were very friendly on arrival. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony with a great view. The room was very modern and fitted out with a couch and 2 armchairs and foot rests. There were also 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful, and once again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit outside town so you would need to get a taxi (€20). Only a short...

"A very positive surprise as the hotel reached out before informing us that they do live music on weekends and that it can be loud. We heard something but the comfort of the room let us sleep very well and they put as well ear plugs in the room which we didn't need in the end. Very spacious room, clean and with a funky design in a very central location of Wexford. They had a drink water dispenser on the hall way which for me is a huge plus. "

"This is a lovely hotel with really friendly staff who made us very welcome during our stay. It is an older building, which has its pros and cons - quirky and full of character, though the bathroom area in our room was on the small side. The location is lovely, very close to the waterfront with good views, but the town and its amenities are on the other side of quite a long bridge. Would recommend overall."

"Great hotel. Plenty of facilities. Well maintained. We stayed here with two kids who loved the place. Nice swimming pool (just be aware that they require swimming hats, so bring or buy one). Breakfast was fine. Scones in the bar were excellent."

"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish.
