Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday!
