"Breakfast was marginal, no milk or creamer available for coffee, many items not displayed. Door handle falling off the door to the room and did not shut properly against the door frame, curtains would not shut and had to experience the bright street light just outside the window. No USB outlets anywhere, hotel is in need of a major renovation. Will never stay here again."

"The rooms stink like sewer and mold. The price was $200 online when I booked, and then I saw the same room offered for $60 the day of. There's no one there to help, and the key code locks barely work. It was creepy and a total rip off. There are also homeless people everywhere in this neighborhood who are very aggressive."

"A wonderful hotel: very nice supportive staff, artfully designed well maintained property, easy safe parking. Room is spacious with modern appliances (TV is a bit small for a room size)). Area is safe in a daytime. Few angry individuals we observed on a way back to a hotel at night, coming from bar area… but, all in all it’s a good safe hotel to stay if you visit Seattle."

"we didnt know it was a shared property as it was not mentioned in the add - the cleaning staff was rude and had left the kitchen and the shared spaces dirty, dirty dishes in the sink, had not even vacumed the lobby or the stairs - the host did not respond about property being ready to check into until 2 minutes before check in time"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were deliciously comfortable. I appreciated that they had both firm and fluffy pillows and soft cotton sheets. The room was pretty. We were not bothered at all by sound from the neighborhood pub downstairs (I was worried when I saw it, but it was not a problem at all). I will definitely stay here again."

"Elevators were broken so we had to haul luggage really far and walk really far to and from our room. Location is good for visiting the Space Needle and Pop museum. Not exactly ideal for stay if you are leaving on a cruise."
