"Greeted by Crystal, who had a great attitude and was very informative about the amenities, including the hotel bar and breakfast. Close to Progressive Field and the Casino, and a short drive to The Flats. Room very clean and comfortable. We will be back!"

"I will not be staying again. The apartment was beyond dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Pictures were taken and sent to onsite management. Our biggest concern was someone unlocking and walking into the apartment while my wife and I were sleeping. Absolutely unacceptable and a huge safety concern ..."
