    Lo invitamos a ser nuestro invitado en nuestra casa frente al mar de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño.

    Hay un aire acondicionado en la sala de estar para mantener frescos los calurosos días de verano.

    Acabamos de colocar algunos muebles nuevos de la sala de estar, incluido un nuevo sofá cama Queen (se tomaron fotos antes del nuevo sofá) para que ahora nuestro condominio pueda dormir hasta 4 personas cómodamente. La sala de estar se ve nítida con una nueva mesa de centro y mesas auxiliares, sillón giratorio, televisor inteligente de pantalla plana grande, biblioteca de DVD, libros, juegos y binoculares para ver tortugas, ballenas y otros animales marinos.

    El lanai está amueblado con una mesa alta y sillas altas para disfrutar de la vida al aire libre de Maui.

    Hemos abastecido completamente la cocina con todo lo que necesitará para preparar una comida familiar. Incluso ofrecemos un conjunto de parrillas para barbacoa para que pueda asar en la playa, a solo unos pasos. O parrilla en el parque que está a menos de 5 minutos a pie. O disfrute de las parrillas de acero inoxidable que se encuentran junto a la piscina.

    Tenemos sillas de playa, toallas de playa y un refrigerador para su uso durante su estancia con nosotros.

    Para su comodidad, tenemos una lavadora / secadora en la unidad.

    Ofrecemos ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Somos un hogar, no un hotel, por lo que no ofrecemos un servicio de ropa gratuito. Para sus estadías prolongadas, podemos proporcionar algunas tareas de limpieza por un cargo adicional.

    Nuestro condominio viene con un puesto de estacionamiento designado (estacionamiento gratuito).

    La propiedad cuenta con parrillas al aire libre para su uso o puede cocinar en nuestra cocina totalmente equipada. Hay un ascensor, una piscina y duchas al aire libre.

    Nuestra unidad decorada con cariño cuenta con Internet de alta velocidad, teléfono para llamadas locales y de la parte continental de los EE. UU., TV por cable en la sala de estar y el dormitorio y más de 100 artículos que nuestros huéspedes han encontrado reconfortantes en Hawái.

Fantastic condo in a great location!

We had a great time staying here. The view was amazing and we most days watching sea turtles while we ate dinner. The location is fantastic as it is minutes away from all the major areas. We will definitely be staying here again next summer!

If you are looking for peace and quiet and an unbelievable view this is the place for you. Location is right in the heart of the island 20 mins from the best beaches in any direction.

Great place and location

Great place to stay if you're traveling all over Maui. You really can see turtles from the balcony that are swimming in the shore below. Hotel management was very responsive to our needs as well.

That said, there were a few drawbacks. The unit felt smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the building was somewhat difficult to find. The host uses a separate check-in system instead of VRBO’s built-in process, requiring you to use a link sent by text and email. If you accidentally delete the message, retrieving the information can be frustrating. When I reached out for assistance, the responses felt automated and simply directed me back to the same link.Because the parking instructions were not included in the VRBO listing, I had to park on the street the first night. The air conditioner is a small, noisy unit in the living room that takes quite a while to cool the bedroom, although opening the windows provides a pleasant breeze. I was also surprised that no shampoo was provided, which was inconvenient after arriving late at night.Overall, it’s a nice place with a great view, but considering the size, amenities, and check-in experience, I felt it was overpriced.The condo is in a beautiful, quiet location with a gorgeous view. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Turtle cove

The condo was very clean and well equipped. It is too close to the sewage treatment plant so you cannot go out in the ocean. It’s a very central location to everything on the island so travelling is easy. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Amazing view!

We had an amazing time at Ma’alaea! The view from the condo is amazing and the sound of the crushing waves was spectacular. This is one of the windiest locations on the island which helped keeping the condo cooled off. We loved the location, the set up and the amenities of the condo. We would stay there again.

Memorable place to visit

We had a wonderful time staying at your place. We got to see sea turtles and humpback whales from the balcony while enjoying delicious breakfast (thanks to fully equipped kitchen). Located in a quiet neighbourhood made it a cozy homebase after a day of excursion. Mahalo

We arrived at our condo and there were nats everywhere, all over the lanai and inside the condo , everywhere. I called and advised of the situation and they said from the amount of rain that this was common, however not common enough to let us know. We couldn’t use the lanai at all as they were out there in swarms. It did get better however never fully went away. It was very disappointing as this was a main staple in where we picked to stay. Sitting out on the lanai having a cocktail or just watching the sunset and rise. Couldn’t do it as they were everywhere. I took pictures. We did have a beach chair that broke, but they ran one over right away so we could take it to the beach. It was clean beside the nats. Our trip to maui was a good one just wish our stay was more enjoyable.

Clean Location and amazing view

The view is to die for especially if you like watching the whales from the balcony! Loved the location as it was east to get north to Lahaina and south to Kihei. Felt safe in the community and a small general store in walking distance for coffee and light lunch. Very clean property.

Relaxing

A nice relaxing place with a great view that’s very central in Maui to all that you could want to go see. Great accommodations so you can cook, also do laundry so you won’t have to pack as much and comfort chairs provided that you can also take to the beach. Nice quiet community with some honu neighbors who pop up regularly! I’ll definitely keep this on my favorites for future visits.

Great stay in Maalaea

We had a great stay at Island Sands in Maalaea. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The lanai is really amazing with such a beautiful view. Maalaea is centrally located so driving to South, West Maui, or Upcountry is quite easy. You are also waking distance from the harbor where a lot of the tour boats take off for Molokini. We would certainly recommend staying here for future visitors!

Island Sands at Ma'alaea was heavenly, period.

The only issues we had were water dripping on deck, from AC unit making a huge amount of water. Everything was absolutely wonderful! I loved having the beach chairs & coolers there to use. It was the perfect get a way, I would highly recommend it and definitely return.

Nice Central Location

Overall the location was great in the center of Maui near the Aquarium so easy to go anywhere you needed to go. The apartment was good for a small group. It had good ameneties for cooking there on site except for some basic supplies that would be helpful. Maybe having some basic cooking spices and some coffee filters and basics for that would have been nice. Overall a good place for a small group.

Great Stay!

Great place to sit back and enjoy the fantastic and private ocean view. Everything was clean and well stocked. My only suggestion for an improvement is it would be nice if there was a place to sit and store shoes when entering the condo. A mixology set would also be nice.

Our Vaycay

It was excellent. Clean and comfy. Excellent response from property management. We had 2 minor issues and they were resolved promptly. The one issue that needs to be resolved is a larger ac unit. It is inadveryinadequate.

Excellent stay!

The property was exactly as described and just as everyone else said...THE VIEW!!! It is truly breathtaking! We had the pleasure of seeing turtles coming every night for dinner on the rocks directly in front of our lanai. Everything you need to be comfortable is available for you, we even used the boogie boards and gave it a try! The bed is very comfortable and we left the back sliding door open every night to listen to the waves. 10 out of 10...highly recommend!!
