Come share the enjoyment of our home away from home in Hawaii!

Enjoy your stay at this Hawaiian plantation style villa adjacent to the King's Shops and a short walk to the scenic Anaeho'omalu Bay. The villa is located on the 3rd green of the world class Beach Course in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Get ready to unlock the door to your luxury vacation retreat.

You will walk across a marble threshold into the foyer of a beautiful custom decorated home. Looking into the living room you will see an inviting chenille sofa, large entertainment center, and walls adorned with landscapes by a local Hawaiian artist. As you walk past the koa clock, you will find a modern kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The guest bedrooms, described as "comfortable and elegant", have queen-size beds featuring light-weight down comforters with adjacent spacious bathrooms. The open loft at the top of the stairs has a day bed with trundle and a desk for writing your postcards.

Our favorite room, the master bedroom suite looks over the well manicured bermuda grass of the 8th green, the famous King's trail, and facing the ancient Kohala Volcano. The room is styled with decor from Tommy Bahama. In the master bathroom, relax in the Jacuzzi soaking tub after a long day in the sun. Don't miss breakfast on the peaceful lanai as you watch the sunrise over Mauna Kea.

On location at Waikoloa Beach Villas, enjoy your time at the lava rock pools and spas with elevated waterfalls, peaceful sounds of local birds, or use the barbeque at the poolside picnic area. Don't forget to go shopping at the King's Shops (Tommy Bahama, Tori Richard, Michael Kors, Tiffany & Co., Na Hoku etc.) and the lovely Queen's MarketPlace.

This is an excellent, well maintained property. There was a slightly tired looking tub in the 2nd upstairs ensuite but it functioned fine. All appliances needed were in good working order and unit was clean. They even included a couple of old cruiser style bicycles which were handy for trips to the beach or quick errands to Queens market. Most of our group rented or brought higher quality bikes but these were used and enjoyed also. The complex is well situated and the stay was a delight for our entire family.

This condominium was exactly what we hoped for. It was spacious, well stocked, and perfectly situated in the complex. There are so many extras not listed like the two bicycles that we loved and the tons of beach gear(snorkel, mask, fins) chairs of all types, shade umbrellas and more. Even dive shoes for walking the lava shores. The owners were instantly available for questions and concerns. It sure feels great when you make a score like this and the experience sure bears repeating.

Three generations of family gathered to celebrate the holidays. The house was spotless and well organized. There was plenty of room for all with well equipped kitchen and great beach gear, including tall chairs for the elders. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, historic sites and the beach. A good time was had by all. Mucho Majalo.

Our team stayed at the house instead of the Marriott. The house is a short walk down the street on a golf course and very affordable. The pool area is across the street and very well kept. The house is extremely well furnished with everything you need to cook your meals and feel right at home.

This was an amazing property and absolutely delivered as advertised. This was our first time to the Big Island and we were so happy that we stayed here. We found this to be an ideal location to be on the island as it is close to top beaches, golf courses, and shopping. This property more than comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults. The home was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Property and location as advertised. Would definitely consider this place again. Being able to walk to the grocery store and shops was fantastic. You could even walk to some restaurants as well. Lava lava beach club was a family favorite and being so close to it made it hard to choose anything else. Sunset dinners on the beach? Yes please!

Everything was beyond perfect. It worked for our multi generation family including my 90 yr old mom. The place is beyond our expectations. Loved the extra beach gear and the two bikes were a welcomed surprise. The place is so quiet and wonderful. Hope to return soon.

Enjoyed the area, pool, beach, shopping. House was clean and inviting. We (grandparents) stayed in the main floor bedroom. The bed is not comfortable. It creeks every time you turn over or get in and out of bed. It would be ok for kids. Also, I asked 5 months ago when I was booking 2 properties in the Villa to accommodate our family of 13, if it was ok to occasionally gather together at the house. You did not respond, only the day before checkin when i wanted to be transparent and asked again, then you said no. I would have booked elsewhere.

We had a great time at this property. It's a beautiful home in great location. This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and we'll be back again in the future. The Owners are great to work with and very responsive.

We had an amazing stay! Upon entry, the condo was immaculately clean. There even was Hawaiian music playing from the TV. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). It was so nice to have the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler available for use; the kitchen was also stocked (though we don’t cook on vacation). Communication was great from the owners. After staying on the Big Island for 9 days, we feel like this was one of the best locations on the island to stay. Having Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops walkable with plenty of restaurants and shopping was super convenient. The weather was 80 and sunny every day. A Bay and Lava Lava Beach Club are also walkable, though we tended to drive to those. A Bay is gorgeous; loved the beach and we rented stand up paddle boards easily there. We ate at Lava Lava for breakfast or dinner a few times. Downtown Kona is cute but more crowded and that’s where the cruise ships come in. We stopped in Hilo on our way back from Volcanoes National Park and there were homeless people everywhere so we were very glad we didn’t stay on that side of the island. We walked to Island Java for coffee every morning. Loved it there! We also utilized the pool and fitness center in the neighborhood which was nice. If you are planning a trip to the Big Island, don’t hesitate to stay at this amazing condo.

This was a beautiful property, very comfortable for the 6 of us.The location was great and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved relaxing on the patios. The pool was easily accessed and lovely. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs, even extended our checkout time 2 hours. We would stay here again.

There is ample room for the family to spread out on the lanai. Stacy, the property owner is very responsive if there are requests or questions.

This property had everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked to cook and grill, there's plenty of room to spread out and there was a nice selection of beach chairs/beach toys! The owner couldn't be more cooperative and helpful! All in all, a wonderful vacation property.

This condo has a beautiful view of the golf course and tropical plants and trees on the property. Great back patio with furniture and a grill. Inside was a perfect fit for us with 3 bedrooms, so 2 couples and one child each had their own bedroom and bath. Loft area was used as an office for one person who could work as needed. Thankful for a washer/dryer and detergent! Kitchen was well stocked and condiments left so we could start cooking right away. Loved being close to the pool and 2 shopping areas and beaches. Watch for goats, birds, kitties and mongoose. We so appreciate the opportunity to stay here! 💕

We enjoyed our stay here! Good location with lots of extras. Beds we’re comfortable which is a must. Not much bad to say about this place. Not regarding this unit but felt I should comment on is the grounds keeper/manager of the whole community. She was pretty uptight about the pool area and the play while in the pool area. We had a small water ball the kids were playing with and she came out to tell us that balls were not allowed in the pool area and that the kids were getting too loud. So with kids going to the pool area was sometimes tough. Again this has nothing to do with this unit but felt it worth mentioning. We would definitely rent at this unit again!
