You’ll feel right at home from the moment you step inside this beautiful property. The expansive foyer welcomes you inside where island sunbeams stream in from the home’s skylights, soaking every inch of the space in natural light. You’ll find two bedrooms on the main floor, as well as a bathroom, kitchen, dining space, and living room. Make your way upstairs to the primary suite with its ensuite bathroom and a private lanai where you can take in stunning views of the coastline. With room for 6 guests, this home is perfect for a group or family.

In addition to all the fabulous features of this home, you’ll be located on a quiet cul-de-sac near plenty of great attractions. Hapuna Beach, which is currently ranked the #1 best beach in the USA, is only a 15-minute drive away, as are many other beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Included with your stay, you’ll have free access to the Olympic size swimming pool and kiddie pool at the Waikoloa Village Community Center. There is also a golf course and an amazing watering hole with food and drinks – both are within walking distance. A stay with us means all the best destinations on the Big Island are within your reach, and you’ll have this tranquil space to return to after a day of fun!

Other things to note
This is a hosted property. A tenant resides in a downstairs guest quarters.
The main floor is on the second level of the home. You will need to climb one set of exterior stairs to access the front entrance and the main floor.
This home does not have air conditioning. AC is generally not necessary as the property gets constant cool breezes. There are also ceiling fans throughout the home.
