Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking in the garage and tandem style in front of the garage.  Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes onsite at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ on the lanai and community BBQ near the swimming pool
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and both Guest Rooms
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker. Please note that the refrigerator does not have any ice maker.

Halii Kai 13E is located in Building 13 at Halii Kai. .  This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper plastic wrap and aluminum foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This was our second time staying in this unit and both times have been great. Hali’i Kai itself is a wonderful resort, we love the restaurant and pool and the staff are truly lovely. The proximity to the beach club is a huge bonus of this unit vs others in Hali’i Kai. Overall it was clean and well stocked. We find the living room to be a little uncomfortable, but the beds are nice. Our stay was much more expensive this year than last, so I wouldn’t necessarily say it was a great “value for the money” but we enjoyed our trip very much and were really comfortable staying in this property.

The condo is beautiful and the 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6 with 2 kids. The ocean views were amazing and we watched whales and mornings and evenings! The pool is a couple steps away and oceanfront with outdoor dining and a bar featuring delicious food and cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back here.

Wonderful unit in Hali’i Kai!

This is our second time staying in Hali’i Kai and both stays have been excellent, but you can’t beat the location of this unit within the property. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked, couldn’t have asked for more really. And Hali’i Kai is an amazing resort with a gorgeous poolside restaurant, love music on many nights and the loveliest staff - book it!

Fantastic

This place is located on the shoreline, so each morning we would sit on the patio and watch wales, a beautiful view of Maui, and the ocean in general. The property is very well maintained, very clean, and very well organized. I will definitely be returning.

Perfect Location

We stayed at this property with 7 people and there was plenty of space for all u's us. The location was absolutely perfect! It is a bottom floor unit with a patio then grass which was ideal for our 2 and 3 year old. We were right next to the pool too! It was very quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors or pool activity sitting outside on the patio. The views from the condo were beautiful ... grass, lava then the ocean. It's not an area that has a beach but we just went up the road a couple of minutes to get to one. It was overall a great place and if i go back this is the place i will rent afgain!

Very rundown , was not clean when we arrived floors were filthy.

We have been coming to the island for over 20 years mostly staying in condos and this is the worst. One we’ve ever seen his not represented at all like it shows it on the website the carpets are gross they’re covered with food and stains. It was not clean one arrived. The bedding smelled, the kitchen floor was so dirty that we had to clean it three times before you could even really walk on it. The condo is rundown and extremely dirty. It is in a nice area and this but the condo self is so rundown so dirty it really ruined our stay as far as coming home each night , we contacted resorticahawaii that operates this condo on the conditions and acknowledged that the carpets were in bad shape, but that doesn’t change that they keep renting this condo out in this condition I would not rent from them ever again, and I would recommend nobody else rent from them rent from a private owner that takes care of their place as this company does not and does not care. This was a dirtiest condo we’ve ever been in spent the whole first day just cleaning it so we could stay here. Most the other condos we’ve stayed in keep up with their cleaning and conditions fact that this place hasn’t reflects back on resorts Hawaii vacation management. This condo has appearance of a 30-year-old rundown motel 6 is really really bad. That’s my review of it. The area around is great and everything is beautiful but the condo itself is trashed.

A very good location for seniors. Excellent access to pools and food, great view, no stairs. A well equipped kitchen. Would be a great location for viewing whales. Only issue is the wooden bed in third bedroom.

Great location! This listing is directly adjacent to the pool & restaurant; very convenient. The gated community is very clean, quite & manicured. The property has everything you would need in the kitchen. In the garage there are coolers & beach toys. They even had a descent/old set of Callaway Big Berthas w/White Hot putter. I would definitely book this again; highly recommend! I would suggest they have the carpets professionally cleaned though. They are not disgusting, they just take away from the overall impression of the property.
