Very clean and inviting smell when we opened the door for the first time. Well equipped with kitchen gears. As far as the place, it was perfect. We only wished the parking was a little closer to the condo, but it was a breeze unloading and loading our bags into n the driveway.

Nice place to stay in waikoloa perfectly stocked with all essentials. Having the Hilton pool pass and parking included for 6 is a great addition. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Clean and comfortable house

This house was a great place to stay. Located in a central hub of hotels and resorts, there is access to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and amenities. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and the host was quick to respond to messages.

Perfect property

It was exactly as expected, perfect! The Hilton water pass was what we needed, and the condo was fully stocked with everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation! Layout was nice, roomy, next to pool; like I said perfect! I was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner with all the kitchen supplies!

Nice get away

This was a nice central spot for all our adventures. The beach closet in this condo was stocked with everything we needed. The coolers were nice to take to the beach and the two umbrellas were very helpful. Located very close to the pool the kids loved that. We played pickleball most days they had four paddles and balls. Could have used more bath towels, but plenty of beach towels. This unit only had salt and pepper as they said, just take note before you arrive that you’ll need to bring your own spices. Great condo, excellent communication from the owner. We would recommend.

this property holds Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass is a plus, which allows to access Hilton pools, self parking fee can be waived with parking ticket validated at valet parking station. one thing though, somehow the code for main gate has to punch # at the beginning and end, such as, #1234#. Just punch 1234# doesn't work. a minor point, the power outlet in bathroom is GFCI controlled but without reset/test button, no instruction where to reset it, need to use bedroom one for hairdryer.

Nice Stay

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to the Hilton and King Shops. We felt the unit was a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable for our family, 2 adults and two kids. The management company was super helpful and quick to respond. The one negative I would say has to due with the property. The pool wasn't friendly towards young children. The pool had a lot of rules including no pool toys, no music, no flotations, which really wasn't fun for my 5 and 7 yr old. If you're traveling with young children I wouldn't recommend the property because of it's restrictions. The unit worked for my family but we felt we had to venture off property to the beaches or hilton to have fun.
