"What a fantastic Hotel. My King Size room was on the 12th floor with a stunning view. Just 3 min. from the cruise ship, restaurants, and enterainment. We even got a free bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate, free nice breakfast. Plus a couple of free drinks. Bed was super comfy, large shower (no bathtub), and even free extra hour (12:00) for departure. "

"Room was generally clean and ensuite was good but detail was poor for the price. Some fittings were loose and the shower had scum in the shower door seals "

"Ive stayed here before and will likely stay again. It is convenient to the airport and perfect for a layover. It is not that close to Auckland's amenities for longer stays. I did get an upgraded room this time which was way nicer than the standard rooms I've had before. Really nice after 22 hours of flight. A few public transport options near by. My bus ride from the airport was only about ten minutes."

"Very convenient location…easy downtown and to the airport"

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "

"Excellent location, within walking distance to InterCity bus stop or catching the Airport bus. Room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom arrangement was interesting, one door is used for both shower and bathroom. May be a concern for some privacy for some people. Very generous breakfast on the offer. We have to leave early in the morning and had requested for take away breakfast. They were ready for us when we checked out. 10/10 for the service! Staffs were very friendly and...

"Everyone at the Hotel Britomart were fabulous! The hotel is in a terrific location, is super clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant & bar were great and provided a relaxing atmosphere!! We would highly recommend The Hotel Britomart!!"
