The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful. No matter where you are in the hotel the staff is friendly and willing to reach out with a smile and offer assistance if needed. I highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel."

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our 22 year anniversary. The place was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown and explore."

"Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!"

"A lovely place within walking distance of the Kemper and Nelson-Atkins. The room was lovely and had a nice sitting room and spacious shower."
