Each bedroom features its own private bathroom (one with a bath and shower), along with built-in wardrobes, dressers, and Smart TVs with Freeview and Netflix.

At the heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings, perfect for relaxing after a day on the Camel Trail or nearby beaches. The lounge flows effortlessly into a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area – with large French doors opening onto the garden and deck, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor living.

The property also includes two balconies with views across Wadebridge and towards the estuary, a landscaped private garden, and dedicated parking.

The property is easy to reach by car and located just a short walk from the centre of Wadebridge.

There is private off-street free parking for two vehicles directly outside the house, with additional free on-street parking nearby if needed. Guests access the property via a secure key safe, with full check-in details provided before arrival.

If you're arriving by public transport, local buses stop nearby at The Platt, and Bodmin Parkway Station is around 25–30 minutes away by taxi or local bus.

Nearest rail access: The closest train station is Bodmin Parkway, on the Cornish Main Line with services to Penzance, Truro, Exeter, and London Paddington .

From station to Wadebridge: You can take the Go Cornwall Bus number 11 direct from Bodmin Parkway to Wadebridge. The journey takes around 45 minutes and costs approximately £2 .

Local bus hub: In Wadebridge itself, the main bus stop is The Platt, only about a 4‑minute walk from downtown accommodation. Lines such as the 11, 95, 96 connect to Padstow, Tintagel, Boscastle, Rock, and beyond .
