The adjacent bathroom has a toilet, shower, and bathtub (hair dryer provided). The first bedroom, with a box-spring bed (180 x 200), is also located on this floor. The original schoolhouse swing door leads into the spacious living room. Cozy nooks invite you to lounge, read, and relax. The open-concept kitchen area features a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (with coffee included—basic supply), toaster, electric kettle, and more. A wooden staircase leads up to the loft and from there to the second bedroom, which also has a double bed (180 x 200). If a sleeping spot is needed for a fifth person, the large couch in the living room can be used for sleeping. The village of Waal will easily win you over with its charm, and no matter which activities you choose to enjoy from here—cycling or hiking in the Allgäu, cross-country skiing in the Ostallgäu, swimming in Lake Ammersee, or city tours to Landsberg, Füssen, or Munich—you’ll return to your home in the evening feeling rejuvenated.
