    Holiday for several families with children and dogs.
    The house is completely renovated, equipped with modern comforts, air conditioning and everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
    The property is located in the middle of the island of Krk, outside of mass tourism and yet still located by the sea, with a beautiful view over the island of Krk and the sea.
    The annex with a summer kitchen and Außerngril and a table up to 12 people invite you to spend nice moments with the whole family and unforgettable evenings.

Lovely location but...

We stayed in the 'Menthe' apartment with our 3 girls (12, 15,17). We arrived at the property and found the key easily. To be honest the apartment was a bit of a disappointment. The access was via the main entrance to the villa on the first floor. The layout was odd as it was split into 2 by a central staircase - on one side the balcony and kitchen/dining room the other side we had 2 bedrooms, toilet on the landing. It wasn't self contained and we had to lock the doors at night and unlock them to get to toilet. Pool access was also a bit awkward - having to walk through a side gate past another apartment felt a bit intrusive. There were no instructions on how to access the pool, we found out from other people staying at the property. Also - no duvets on beds? Great location and views and a good base but didn't feel as relaxed as we felt it would be.

Traumhaus

Unsere zwei Wochen in der Villa Mentha waren sehr erholsam.Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Panoramablick von der oberen Terasse.Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Vermieterin.Wir haben noch längst nicht alle Orte, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen,aber was wir entdeckt haben ,hat uns sehr begeistert.Gerne kommen wir wieder! Die schönsten Tage des ganzen Jahres

Das waren mit Abstand die schönsten zehn Tage im ganzen Jahr!!! Angekommen, ausgestiegen und die Villa Mentha hat uns sofort mit ihrem Charme empfangen. Der neue Vorbau vor der Tür macht das Eintreten jetzt schon fast herrschaftlich. Wir haben uns im Appartement Mentha wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts, aber auch an gar nichts gemangelt. Das ist so eine liebevoll und umfassend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, dass sie auch bei uns, die wir durch hohe dänische Standards verwöhnt sind, keine Wünsche offen gelasen hat. Wir haben die Sonne und die Ruhe, den Ausblick und die im Oktober leeren Strände genossen.

Traumhaft!!!!

Einfach großartig. Die Villa Mentha. Vom pragmatischen her (wie auch schon unten beschrieben) ist ALLES da. Und die Atmosphäre haben die BesitzerInnen Marija, Matthias, Rebecca so fein gemacht und gestaltet ;-)))) dass es uns möglich war, uns ganz schnell sehr tief zu entspannen. Es ist Euch wirklich gelungen, einen ganz außergewöhnlichen Ort zu schaffen! Es war genau so wie wir es uns erhofft und gewünscht hatten. Mindestens... ach was, besser noch !!! ;-) Ein sehr herzliches Danke Reinhold, Vera + Melone (im Vera Bauch)

Eine Oase auf Krk - trotz Regensommer

Die Villa Mentha ist ein ideales Urlaubsdomizil für Leute, die Ruhe, Erholung und einen weiten Blick über unverbaute mediterrane Landschaft bis hin zum Meer genießen wollen. Trotz der ruhigen Dorfrandlage ist man in ein paar Schritten bei Sandra´s Laden, wo man seinen Alltagsbedarf decken kann. Wenige Autominuten entfernt liegt das malerische, mittelalterliche Dorf Vrbnik mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten, guten Restaurants und entspannter Atmosphäre. Wir selbst haben das ganze Haus (zwei kleinere App. im EG und das größere im OG) gemietet und das als optimal für uns als Familie (2 Kinder) und unsere zwei mitreisenden Freunde erlebt. Jeder kann sich so mal zurückziehen und oben in der Wohnküche und dem wunderschönen Balkon sowie den Terrassen ist genug Platz, um gemeinsam zu kochen, zu spielen und zu ratschen. Das Haus selbst ist nicht nur von außen und innen so schön wie auf den Fotos, sondern auch was Küche, Terrassenmöbel, Grill und Waschmaschine betrifft sehr gut ausgestattet. Der kleine umgebende Garten ist hübsch angelegt und zum Fenster der Wohnküche schaut sogar eine eigene prächtige Palme herein! Ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend war der Kontakt mit den Vermietern - hier fühlt man sich nicht als Mieter sondern als willkommener Gast! Fazit: obwohl wir viel Regen, Wind und eher verhaltene Temperaturen hatten und deshalb die tollen Außenbereiche nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen einfach in einem Sommer wieder, der den Namen verdient. Urlaub mit Hunden in Villa Mentha

Es erwartete uns wie im Angebot beschrieben ein liebevolles eingerichtetes Studio im neu renovierten mediteranen Landhaus. Das Studio hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gepflegt und die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt mit Hunden geklappt hat. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück können die Hunde auf der Terasse und im Garten (sofern die anderen Gäste im EG nichts dagegen haben) frei herumlaufen. Die ruhige Ortschaft Garica liegt Zentral im Landinneren in der Mitte der Insel Krk. (ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft vorhanden). Von dort aus sind die Orte Vrbnik, Silo, Basca und Krk sehr gut erreichbar. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick über das grüne Land. Die Altstadt von Krk und ein Ausflug in den Naturpark östlich von der Stadt Krk mit den einsamen Buchten sind sehr mit Hunden empfehlenswert. Hundestrände: Silo (flacher Einstieg, feiner Kiesel, kein Schatten), Basca (weitläufig, natürlicher Schatten durch Hügel, Einstieg ins Meer und Liegeplatz felsiger) und Krk (klein, Süßwasserdusche). Wir haben die Villa Mentha bereits unseren Freunden empfohlen und wir werden eines Tage sicher wieder kommen. Eva, Christian, Murmel, Pino

Villa Wohlfühl

wir wurden nett empfangen, die 3 Wohnungen (für 2 Familien) waren bestens für unseren Bedarf vorbereitet, die Ausstattung läßt nichts vermissen - es ist spürbar, dass das Haus auch selbst genutzt wird - die Vermieterin war stets ansprechbar, wir waren das 2, Mal da und fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Die gelbe Villa

Das Haus fällt schon von weitem durch seine tolle Farbe auf. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und haben eine sehr persönliche Note zum Wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist umwerfend und reicht bis zur Küste. Das Dorf bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für den Tag und punktet abends mit seiner Ruhe....Entspannen pur. Den kleinen Einkaufsladen im Dorf muss man besucht haben....denn man bekommt dort alles was man zum Leben auf Krk braucht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen.

Ein Traumhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Tage in einem Haus verbracht in dem wir nichts vermisst haben. Die Ausstattung, das Ambiente und die Betreuung durch unsere Vermieter waren perfekt und wir waren sehr angetan von der liebevollen Gestaltung aller Zimmer. Danke dafür!
