Located on the longest boulevard in the Netherlands, with the sea waterline and shipping channel closer than anywhere else in the country, this location offers a unique sea view that you can already experience from the ground floor - a feeling that is only enhanced on the higher floors.

Inside, you will find comfortable furnishings perfectly tailored to your needs: three bathrooms, two full kitchens and living areas spread over several floors, with the main living area on the first floor for panoramic and frontal sea views even from the open kitchen. The ground floor, level with the promenade, can function as an independent living unit, ideal for elderly guests or visitors who need privacy.

The outdoor space is equally impressive with several places to enjoy the outdoors: a sunny balcony on the second floor and a spacious, securely screened roof terrace of no less than 40 square metres facing south, offering spectacular views over the sea and the old town. Large Beachfront Property with excellent Facilities

We stayed here with a group of 14 and had a fantastic time. The house is spacious, clean, and very well equipped – including two kitchens and plenty of common areas. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views of both the sea and the city. The location right by the beach is unbeatable. Highly recommended for large groups or families looking for comfort and convenience. The check-in/ check-out were very easy and well managed. The communication with the host was smooth and reliable throughout.
