Villa Parenzana is located in the village of Vižinada, near Višnjan. This beautiful villa is full of greenery and can accommodate up to 10 people. In addition to the basic amenities, there are useful appliances such as a toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as a dishwasher, which will certainly make preparing meals easier. Next to the kitchen there is a large table, big enough for your entire group, and if you have children, a high chair is available on request. The living room is also air-conditioned and has a pull-out sofa and a smart TV with streaming services.

The villa grounds cover an impressive 2,000m² and offer a wealth of facilities whether you are looking for a relaxing or active vacation. For those looking to relax, there is a swimming pool and sun loungers with parasols, perfect for lazy afternoons. For the more active, there are volleyball and five-a-side soccer fields, as well as a trampoline for the kids. There is also a wood-fired barbecue in the garden and a covered terrace where you can enjoy time together.



The location of the villa is great if you want to explore the interior of Istria during your vacation, but the coast is not far away if you decide to spend a day at the beach. You can visit Višnjan, a town famous for its observatory, or take a trip to Motovun, a medieval Istrian town on a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The owners of the villa also have a nearby family farm "OPG Fatorić" where you can taste traditional Istrian food and their homemade olive oil.
