Your toes will literally be steps from the sand with no roads to cross.

This unique Oceanfront location within Virginia Beach provides the serenity of the neighboring National Wildlife Refuge with the convenience of swimming, surfing, and a fishing pier, plus tennis courts, a playground and a sheltered picnic area at Little Island Park next door.

At the same time, you're only a stone's throw from a variety of grocery, dining, and shopping options all over Virginia Beach.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living area that features plenty of seating with a large comfy sectional couch surrounding a 65" 4K Smart Roku TV. Cuddle up for a movie night or have a family game night.

Enjoy homemade meals in the large, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, custom back-splash, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and a bar top with bar stools.

Relax on the huge private patio with Bay views! You'll also find gorgeous Bay views from the main living space, which has hardwood floors throughout!

The Master bedroom features a King bed with en-suite, his-and-her walk-in closets, and access to it's own private patio. Watch Netflix or Disney+ in bed on your own huge 65" Smart Roku HDTV!

The Master Bath is newly remodeled with high-end finishes throughout. Enjoy the large custom-tiled shower with both rain-style showerhead and a shower wand, and a shower seat. The custom vanity has dual his-and-her sinks!

The secondary bedroom also features a King bed, its own 50" Smart Roku HDTV, and another full bathroom with high-end finishes.

The kids will live it up in the 3rd bedroom that has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and their own 32" smart Roku TV.

The condo is stocked with games, books, cards and activities. The possibilities are endless!

Full of a variety of amenities, this luxury condominium offers breathtaking views of the Back Bay. Imagine having your morning coffee while the sun comes up over the Atlantic and relaxing on the patio in the evening while the sun sets over the Back Bay.

In between, take a casual stroll along the shore to the pier and listen to the crashing waves while a group of dolphins swim by. Spend the day basking in the sun's rays on the beautiful beachfront or take a beach break by one of the three sparkling pools available exclusively for guest use.

You can workout in one of two state-of-the-art fitness centers, or just pause and enjoy the scenery from one of the many benches located along the private oceanfront boardwalk.

For your culinary delights, the pool deck features multiple state of the art Viking gas grill stations with plenty of options for seating and dining. The complex also features a Jose Tequilas on site!
