    ¡Bienvenido a Sandy Pants, tu refugio de playa ideal, de la mano de una familia local de Sandbridge! Esta espaciosa casa de 7 dormitorios y 4 baños es perfecta para grandes reuniones familiares y encuentros entre amigos.

    Detalles del alquiler: Ten en cuenta que esta propiedad solo está disponible para alquileres semanales de sábado a sábado. ¡Puedes quedarte varias semanas, pero asegúrate de seleccionar la entrada y salida el sábado!

    A solo un paseo del acceso directo a la playa, el interior, decorado con mucho gusto, cuenta con una amplia cocina gourmet totalmente equipada con una zona de café, un amplio salón y un comedor con mesa e isla con capacidad para hasta 17 personas.

    En la planta baja hay una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, además de una suite principal con cama king, un dormitorio con cama king y una habitación ideal para niños con dos camas individuales y una cama nido. Arriba encontrarás tres dormitorios adicionales con cama king y una habitación para adolescentes con dos camas individuales.

    Después de un día lleno de diversión en la playa, relájate en la zona de estar al aire libre, que cuenta con una gran piscina y un amplio mobiliario de Polywood de gran calidad. ¡Hay una gran mesa de comedor, tumbonas y mecedoras! Además, tus mascotas son bienvenidas aquí: ¡Sandy Pants es un alojamiento que admite perros!

    Información sobre la piscina: La piscina privada está abierta del 1 de mayo de 2025 al 3 de octubre de 2026 y no dispone de sistema de calefacción. Ten en cuenta que no se permiten mascotas en la piscina. Puede aplicarse un cargo adicional por cualquier ajuste químico, limpieza o daño que requiera la sustitución del revestimiento de vinilo de la piscina.

The location near the beach and pool (3ft deep) made this trip a great time for the whole family from 3yrs old to 90. The room sizes were also ideal for a trip with a large group.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 13 aged 10 months through 73 years. Plenty of space, great pool, and very convenient to the beach (just across the quiet street). Pickleball was a fun plus! The hosts are the best. Very helpful and responsive. You’ll love Sandy Pants!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitley stay here again. Great location - easy walk to the ocean and we had four toddlers and a baby with us. The set up inside was perfect too - basically three seperate sections foe our three families. Lots of space, pool was great. Overall, a wonderful property!

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and wonderful to work with. Their home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pickleball court was a huge hit with everyone, and the 4-foot-deep pool was ideal for our family with young children, allowing them to play safely and giving us peace of mind.The beach was just a short, easy walk away, making it convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire home was thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly beach getaway.

Fabulous Home!

We had a lovely time at this great VRBO! The owners could not have been nicer and the home is great for families. The kitchen is well stocked; plenty of room for families; the grill worked great we had plenty of parking. Highly recommend this property!

Great end of summer

Property was perfect for our large family vacation and a very close to the beach. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Owners were very responsive and made an awesome donut recommendation. Overall we had great experience.

We had a great time, owners were very responsive if anything came up before and during our visit. Location was great, close to the beach and the backyard pool was an added bonus! There was plenty of room for 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs! We would stay there again.

We've stayed here before and the owners were very responsive as usual. Plenty of room for us all and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen/living room is nice and roomy for after dinner tv watching or game playing. Another nice time had by all!

Great place close to beach

The house worked out great for our party of 15. Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate evryone and a spacious kitchen/common area for everyone to dine together. The beach entrance is very close, only a few hundred feet away. The pool is nice and worked out great for our family especially after a day at the beach.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our family stayed two weeks at Sandy Pants. The owners were easy to work with and the property was perfect for us. We enjoyed the large great room area and the bikes. The pool was super fun. Hope we can return next Summer!

Singing the praises of Sandy Pants

We were all so pleased with this beautiful property. All week long everyone was exclaiming how great it was and how perfect it was for us- (9 adults, 2 kids, and a dog). The furnishings were so nice. Sure hope we can come back every year.

The Sandy Pants house was perfect for a get away with our grown children and their families. One master and the rest were essentially suites. A doorway that led to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom so each family had their own area. The pool was the highlight. After a morning at the beach, hanging out at the pool was the perfect way to wind down the day. I’m sure there were plenty of activities in the area but we all just wanted to chill and relax. Cooked 90% of our meals at the house. Kitchen is great! The public beach entrance was across the street so easy access to take your coffee and watch the sunrise. The deck was perfect for stargazing and just spending time together. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!

Our New Home Away from Home

This home had everything we were looking for and the location couldn’t be any better. The homeowners were immediately responsive and really considered their guests needs when preparing the house. We can’t wait to come back! We’re already calling it “our house.”

Very nice beach house

A few minor maintenance issues (slow toilet, stuck windows, detached door knob, sagging couches) but overall a beautiful property. Very comfortable and close to the beach. And the WiFi was amazing-supported 5 teens going to school! Great for families.
