Luxurious Beach Home with Indoor Pool Access! Steps from the Beach

Welcome to Chapel Bay, this breathtaking beach home is destined to fulfill your beach vacation dreams. Featuring a beautiful roof-top deck and a sparkling indoor pool surrounded by glass doors.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms which share a full bathroom, entertainment den with bar, wine fridge, and billiard table complete with flat screen TV just off the pool. Twin/Full bunkbed and. queen bed.
2nd floor: Large family room, Breakfast area, Den area, fully stocked kitchen and a Farmhouse Dining room table, 1 King bedroom and one full Bath nearby.
3rd floor: At top of the stair landing is the Den & TV area with pull out sofa bed size Double, to the left is a King Bed suite with private bath complete with jetted tub, separate shower plus double vanity sink. To the right side is the one walk-through room with Twin/Full bottom bunk,, twin trundle. and then two additional bedrooms with Queen beds. All bedrooms except King room on third floor share an in-hall full bathroom.
Close proximity to the ocean and offers extra entertainment for the family such as pool table and foosball table as well as free WIFI and cable TV! Nearing 6,000 square feet of space, this lovely beach home is sure to win your heart and allow you and the family the relaxation you deeply need.

Fun vacation week

Our family had a very good week here at Chapel Bay. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, kayaking in the canal with rented kayaks.Lots of room to spread out throughout the house. Played games and walked the neighborhood.

Great week despite the weather. A couple of suggestions-the dishwasher is SLOW and doesn’t clean unless it’s on heavy, only half the toaster works, the disposal doesn’t, and the railing leading to the top floor is loose. Minor fixes.

Family beach trip

The house was big, everything was as expected if not even better. My family had a wonderful time. The beach was walking distance. Shops were not too far from the house. We did have a family show up trying to use the pool (they said they paid for) they do not do that so don't get scammed, but management came and solved the issue. Overall is was beautiful and an amazing place to stay.

Great Stay But House Needs Work

Loved the location and the layout of the home - my multi generational family enjoyed the stay immensely!! But the house is in dire need of TLC, walls patched and not painted over, and other clear maintenance issues that have gone unaddressed. Fully functional but not in the best of shape.

House was very nice but needed work. An air conditioner unit in the attic failed, water leaked through the ceiling of the bedroom below and the ceiling almost collapsed rendering the bedroom unusable. Maintenance took care of it quickly though but the next tenants are down one bedroom.

Annual Family Summer Beach Vacation

This was our first time in Sandbridge and first time renting a house with an indoor swimming pool. As with any beach house rental, nothing will ever be perfect, but this one comes ranks up there with the best we have rented over the years!

Overall, the house met our needs as far as size and location went. We absolutely fell in love with Sandbridge as it was our first time there. However, it was apparent the house was not well cared for or kept updated. The exterior was dirty with a light fixture falling out by the entrance and a huge wasp nest. The indoor pool had a ceiling fall that looked like it was going to fall out and rusted vents and doors. The bar chairs were about to fall apart and we could have used some counter stools in the kitchen. It looks much nicer in pictures than it actually is. While we will definitely return to Sandbridge, we would not stay at this property again.

the house was beautiful but not as clean as it should have been, also we weren't given the correct # of towels, I contacted the agency who said they would get them to us but didn't. I also don't feel enough supplies are provided considering the price that was paid. An example being only one garbage bag, our bathroom had no hand soap.

Fantastic spring getaway. House was everything the description said plus. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Views were amazing. Pool was clean and fun for the entire family. Can't recommend this house enough, will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The check-in process was easy and the staff was very responsive and helpful. The house is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and sitting right on a canal. It is close to stores and restaurants, as well as activities such as fishing, a water park and aquarium. The home is very spacious and well equipped for multiple people and their interests. The owner of the real estate company that manages the property - Joey - came out herself to fix a problem that we were having. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great for families

The property management was attentive and helpful. The home was as described. I would describe the property as comfortable, in that it wasn't too nice that you worried, but still nice that you felt like you were in a more upscale home. There were some minor issues, property management was quick to attend to, so didn't negatively impact our trip. The indoor pool was heated, and the kids loved it! Note: the fridge ice machine is very slow, be prepared to buy or make your own ice. Otherwise, you'll have a great trip!

Just what we needed

This place was perfect for a much-needed getaway! The house and pool were both clean and inviting. The beach is just a short, easy walk away The rental agency was very accommodating and helpful. There was one minor maintenance issue, that was dealt with promptly by a very polite gentleman. I would definitely stay here again!
